What are transactions in Kajabi?

Transactions in Kajabi refer to the exchange of goods or services between the platform and its users. This could involve purchasing a course, subscribing to a membership, or buying a digital product. In addition to this, Kajabi also provides a comprehensive transaction management system. This includes features such as transaction history, refund management, and revenue reporting. These tools allow users to manage their transactions effectively, providing a clear overview of their financial activity on the platform.

How to track transactions in Kajabi?

Kajabi provides a comprehensive platform to track transactions. To do this, you need to log into your Kajabi account and navigate to the "Sales" tab in the dashboard. Under the "Sales" tab, you will find the "Transactions" option. Clicking on this will provide you with a detailed list of all the transactions that have taken place. This includes information such as the customer's name, the product they purchased, the date of the transaction, and the amount paid.

You can also filter these transactions based on different criteria such as date, product, and customer. This makes it easier to track specific transactions. Additionally, Kajabi provides an option to export these transactions. This can be done by clicking on the "Export" button at the top right corner of the "Transactions" page. This will download a CSV file of all the transactions, which can be opened and analyzed in any spreadsheet software.

How to refund transactions in Kajabi?

To refund transactions in Kajabi, you first need to log into your Kajabi account and navigate to the "Sales" tab in the dashboard. From there, select "Offers" and then find the specific offer that the customer purchased. Click on the "Details" button next to the offer, which will take you to a page with a list of all the customers who have purchased that offer.

Find the customer who needs a refund and click on their name. This will take you to their account page. On the right side of the page, you will see a section titled "Purchases". Under this section, find the purchase that needs to be refunded and click on the three dots next to it. A drop-down menu will appear, select "Refund". A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm the refund. Click "Refund" again to complete the process. Please note that the refund process may take a few days to reflect in the customer's account.

How to view transaction history in Kajabi?

To view your transaction history in Kajabi, you need to first log into your Kajabi account. Once you're logged in, navigate to the dashboard. From the dashboard, you can find the "Sales" tab on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on this tab to open a drop-down menu.

In the drop-down menu, you will find the "Transactions" option. Click on this to open your transaction history. Here, you can view all your past transactions, including details such as the date of the transaction, the amount, the customer, and the product purchased. You can also filter your transactions by date, product, or offer for easier viewing.
