Click on the project to select it. Once the project is selected, right-click on it and a drop-down menu will appear. From this menu, select the 'Delete' option. A confirmation window will pop up asking if you're sure you want to delete the project. Click 'Yes' or 'Confirm' to permanently delete the project from the Project Library.
