What is the Event Library in ScreenFlow?

How to use the Event Library in ScreenFlow?

ScreenFlow's Event Library is a useful tool that allows you to manage and organize your media files for your projects. To use it, first, open ScreenFlow and start a new project. On the left side of the interface, you'll see the Event Library. Here, you can import media files such as videos, images, and audio files. You can do this by clicking on the "+" button at the bottom of the Event Library and then selecting the files you want to import from your computer.

Once your files are imported, you can organize them into different events or folders for easy access. To do this, simply click on the "New Event" button at the bottom of the Event Library, name your event, and then drag and drop your files into it. You can also preview your files directly in the Event Library by selecting them and then clicking on the play button. To use a file in your project, simply drag and drop it from the Event Library onto your timeline.

How to add or remove events in the Event Library in ScreenFlow?

Click on the "Add Media" button located in the top right corner of the Event Library. This will open a dialog box where you can navigate to the location of your media files. Select the files you want to add and click "Open". The selected files will now appear in your Event Library.

To remove events or media files from the Event Library, simply select the files you want to remove. You can do this by clicking on the file once. Once the file is selected, right-click on it and choose "Remove from Library". A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm your decision. Click "Remove" to permanently delete the file from your Event Library. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
