You can upgrade from Pro to Premium (or downgrade from Premium to Pro) at any time from your workspace settings. Changes are prorated through Stripe, so you only pay for the difference.

Upgrade from Pro to Premium

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-left corner.
  2. Click Settings in the menu.
  3. Click Plans & Billing in the sidebar.
  4. On the Premium card, click Upgrade.
  5. Confirm the change in the Stripe checkout.
Your upgrade takes effect immediately — you’ll have access to Premium features right away. Stripe prorates the upgrade: you’re charged the difference between Pro and Premium for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

Downgrade from Premium to Pro

  1. Go to Settings → Plans & Billing.
  2. On the Pro card, click Downgrade.
  3. Confirm the change.
Downgrades take effect immediately, and you’ll receive a prorated credit for the unused Premium time applied to your next invoice.
After downgrading to Pro, you’ll lose access to Premium-only features. Make sure your workspace doesn’t rely on any Premium features before switching.
