Short answer: No, we don’t have any bandwidth or storage limitations. You can record unlimited videos as long as you are on a paid plan. What happens when my subscription ends? Read the help article here. Currently, the only limitations we have are:
  • A 2 hour recording limit for each clip - you can record an unlimited number of 2 hour-long clips (although we don’t recommend this)
  • A 5GB upload limit. If you have a video you want to upload from your computer to Tella that is over 5GB, compress it first using a tool like Handbrake.
