You can create additional workspaces directly from your Tella account. Each workspace has its own billing, members, and videos, so you can keep projects or teams separate.

When to create a new workspace

Creating a separate workspace is useful when you want to:
  • Keep videos for different clients or departments separate
  • Manage billing independently for each team
  • Set up different members and permissions per project
Creating a new workspace does not affect your current workspace. All your existing videos, members, and settings remain unchanged.

Create a workspace

  1. Click your workspace name in the top left corner of the sidebar.
  2. Hover over Workspaces in the dropdown menu to open the workspace list.
  3. Click Create workspace at the bottom of the list.
  4. Enter a name for the new workspace (for example, your team or company name).
  5. Click Create workspace to confirm.
Once the workspace is created, you will be automatically redirected into it.

What to know

  • Each new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial of Tella Pro. After the trial ends, you can choose to upgrade or the workspace will revert to the Free plan.
  • You are the Owner of any workspace you create. You can invite additional members from the workspace settings.
  • Workspace creation is limited to 3 new workspaces per hour per user.

Switch between workspaces

To switch back to a previous workspace:
  1. Click your workspace name in the top left corner.
  2. Hover over Workspaces to see all workspaces you belong to.
  3. Click the workspace you want to switch to.
