Embed Tella videos directly in your Intercom Help Center articles. Walk customers through features, troubleshoot issues, or onboard new users with rich video content — right where they’re already looking for help.

Embed a Tella video in Intercom

  1. Open the video you want to embed in Tella and click Share
  2. Go to the Embed tab and copy the embed code
  3. In Intercom, open the Help Center article you want to add the video to
  4. Click the + button in the article editor and select HTML
  5. Paste the Tella embed code and save the article
Your video will appear inline in the article, and visitors can watch it without leaving your Help Center.

Tips

  • Size the embed: You can adjust the width and height in the embed code to fit your article layout
  • Hide the title: Toggle off the title in Tella’s embed settings for a cleaner look
  • Track views: Video views from your Intercom Help Center are tracked in Tella’s analytics just like any other embed
