If you need your invoices to include additional billing information — such as a company name, billing address, or tax ID — you can update these details through the Stripe billing portal.

How to add billing details

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-left corner.
  2. Go to SettingsPlans & Billing.
  3. Click Open the Stripe portal.
  4. In the Stripe portal, click Update information.
  5. Add or edit your billing details:
    • Company name — appears on the invoice as the billed entity.
    • Billing address — your company or personal address.
    • Tax ID — such as a VAT number, GST number, or other tax identifier.
  6. Click Save to apply your changes.
Updated billing details only apply to future invoices. Stripe does not retroactively update previously issued invoices.

Downloading updated invoices

After updating your billing details, any new invoices will reflect the changes. To download invoices, see Download past Tella invoices.
