Doist is hiring a Talent and People Operations Specialist to join their global, remote-first team. This role focuses on owning hiring, onboarding, and people operations while experimenting with AI and automation in a sustainable, non-hyper-growth environment.

We're a global distributed company and work 100% remotely, so no offices anywhere in the world and mostly asynchronously.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone to own all things hiring as well as onboarding, and some foundational people operations work.

We're a very sustainable company of 105 people in 40 locations globally and are we not planning to go through hyper growth?

This is a role where you will truly be able to own all aspects of hiring, including building, including potentially utilizing first principles, including experimenting with automation integration as well as agentic AI.
