Learn how to view and manage all transactions within your event using the new money icon widget. This feature allows you to see transaction details, estimated proceeds after fees, and even issue refunds. You can also track individual player payments and view party-wide transactions directly from the app.

So in this video we're going to look at how the admin can view all the transactions in an event and understand the payments inside their event.

So on the home screen of your event, you can see you now have this money icon widget that will be depending on the currency you're using in your event.

so you can tap this and it'll take you straight through to the payments screen.

and you can see your transactions inside your event and then you can click onto each transaction and understand it in more detail.

You can understand the activity that the transactions had.

You can understand your estimated proceeds on your stripe account, deducting the stripe fee and the GOLFI application fee.

Note these fees here are not accurate to what you would see.

I've actually mixed some currencies here so the fees are a little bit greater.

you can also go inside here and issue refunds.

I'm going to do a separate video on the refund flow just to make that really clear.

and yeah this is a great way to see all the, all the different transactions inside your event.

And you also get these summaries at the top here.

So it shows you how much money you've collected and then also if you have any pending invoices they will show up there.

if you wanted to look at a specific player you can do this by tapping.

You can go to your player manager and then you can tap the dollar icon on any of the players.

You can also tap the view registration option at the top here and this gives you an overview of each player's registration and then you also get the transactions there down at the bottom and you can also view the full party.

So if the, if the whole party was entered in one booking you can also see that here.

so yeah that's about it for the players again you can tap the dollar icon there and it'll get you through to the players transactions inside the event.

that's about it for just showing you on where the payments information is located.

Of course if you did want more information you can always go to your stripe dashboard and view the payments in there.
