So I thought I'd describe the way that I work because it's not like therapy, and it's quite unlike most other approaches that are working with behavioural or psychological change.
00:12
if I had to pick a model that resembles the way that I approach things, it's probably closer to something like physiotherapy or personal training.
00:20
Where the session itself is more about coming together with the practitioner to recalibrate, to see how you're getting on, and to set you on a new course if you need to.
00:31
and for the professional to check what's going on, to see what's moved, what's changed, what now needs doing.
00:38
The kind of thing that you might expect from a physiotherapist, the kind of thing that you might expect from a personal trainer.
00:43
You know, you've been doing the reps all week, you've been doing this and that, and they're like, okay, now you need to do this.
00:47
you've not been doing them right, try it like this.
00:50
That kind of approach.
00:51
And then they give you things to do until your next session.
00:54
that's how I work.
00:56
So when we first start working together, I do this review of where you're at.
01:02
And it's reasonably in-depth and takes me quite a lot of time behind the scenes to build a picture of what is going on inside you and then to come up with a plan.
01:11
There's the exploratory process where I'm asking you things, I'm digging around, I'm being a bit nosy to find out what's going on inside of you.
01:20
I've got a few ways of doing that.
01:22
One of the things I'll do is I'll send you a questionnaire.
01:26
And this is lots of questions of me being nosy about how you're feeling, how you're thinking, what you're worried about, what you're scared about, and how you tend to respond in life.
01:36
And this is where you are able to just tell me anything you want.
01:41
that can be a really powerful exercise for many people.
01:43
In fact, a lot of people said to me that even just going through those questions has been really helpful to help them think about and to realise how they feel about things.
01:52
Now, the other thing that I use are my assessments.
01:54
I've developed a number of assessments that help us to see how your internal world is organised around a particular thing.
02:04
So what I mean by that is how you meet that thing in your life, how you show up in that thing, how you react and respond to a certain context within your life.
02:13
So the assessments I have at the moment that are available for people to do are around ADHD traits, around anxiety, around running a business and being a business owner, around preparing for pregnancy and birth, So if you're working with me and any of those contexts are relevant to the work that we're doing, then I'll invite you to do an assessment.
02:34
Now, the great thing about doing an assessment is we are able to have a read of where you're at at the beginning, and then we can take another assessment later on, and we can see the shifts And this is really useful for you so you can see the work we're doing is changing things, and you can see exactly what's changing.
02:50
I really like this because I like to measure what I'm doing, and I like to demonstrate that the work we're doing is working.
02:55
and for you, you can see this for yourself through the charts, through the numbers, through your report.
03:01
If you want to do any of those assessments without working with me, you can.
03:04
just simply go to the ladderofgrowth.io website and just do any assessment you like.
03:10
And you can do that and take that to any other professional or practitioner that you're working with.
03:15
And then I sit with that information and I work with it.
03:17
And then we come together for a call where we're talking about some of the stuff that you've shared, where I share with you what I've discovered, where I ask you more questions based on what I've learned.
03:26
And then from that call that we have together, then I come back to the plan that I've been working on and I finish it.
03:33
So I do some more with it, I energetically test into it, and I just build up what I call a clearance plan.
03:46
This is a personalised plan based on everything that you've told me and everything that I know about the work that I do, and I'm bringing that together to come up with a plan that you need that is aligned with what it is that you want to achieve, which you've shared with me, right?
04:02
that's the overall process.
04:04
now, while I'm doing all that exploratory work and creating your plan, I provide you with resources like online resources that are there to help you to use head trash clearance on yourself.
04:18
Because part of the plan will include you doing clearances.
04:22
And that's what you're gonna be doing in your own time, just like a personal trainer is gonna get you to do some reps or do some stretches or whatever they're gonna get you to do.
04:28
You're gonna be doing clearances.
04:30
So I provide you with online materials so that you know exactly what you're doing.
04:34
And so while I'm doing the prep work, you're also doing prep work.
04:38
You're maybe watching videos, you're having a few practice runs, all of that kind of thing, so that when we start the doing part of the work, you're ready and I'm ready.
04:49
And so while you're familiarising yourself with the method, you know, you can ask me any questions, I don't understand this bit.
04:54
I've tried this.
04:55
I don't get it.
04:56
You know, all of those kind of things.
04:58
I want you to succeed.
04:59
I want you to be able to do this.
05:01
And the best results are gonna come with you ready and able and enthusiastic and all of those things.
05:08
that prep phase might last a week to 3 weeks, depending on diaries, depending on what your life looks like, whatever's going on, that phase can vary, now let me talk about the clearance part of the work.
05:21
So the clearance part, depending on the programme vary in length.
05:25
It's usually a minimum of a month and goes up to 3, 4, 5, 6 months.
05:28
Okay, and also it varies in terms of the kind of sessions that we'll be doing together.
05:35
So there's one type of session which I'll call the check-in session.
05:39
So these sessions usually last anywhere between 30 minutes, 45 minutes, that kind of thing.
05:43
And this is the closest thing you'll get to that personal trainer, that physiotherapist kind of session where we're checking in, seeing how your clearances- I'm energetically testing into what you've done.
05:54
We're seeing where we are with things, seeing what needs to do next.
05:57
We're kind of revisiting the plan and seeing how things are moving.
06:02
So we come together and that's where I'm looking at what you're doing, I'm supervising what you're doing, I'm checking in to see if things are going in the right direction.
06:10
And if they're not, then I recalibrate, then I say, no, no, stop working on that.
06:14
Go and do this over here.
06:15
So that we are working towards the goal that you've identified, that is the thing that you've come to me for.
06:22
another metaphor that might be useful is the digging around archaeological kind of thing, where we're just digging through stuff and you're like, well, I found this.
06:29
Is this useful?
06:29
I'm like, might be.
06:31
Put it to the side.
06:32
Dig, dig, dig, dig, dig.
06:33
Is this useful?
06:34
Yes, this is good.
06:34
We're gonna, we're gonna work on this.
06:36
So you're doing that exploratory, that digging work.
06:39
Things are coming to the surface as a result of the clearance work that we're doing, the healing work that we're doing.
06:44
And then as it surfaces, I'm like, yeah, that's actually- we need to work with that, put it there, we're gonna work on that in a bit.
06:50
that's come up, no, we don't need to work on that as part of this.
06:53
You might for some other piece of work, but not for what we're doing right now.
06:56
That's what I'm gonna be helping you with, because you might not know.
06:59
You might think, this looks great, shiny object, great, yes, I'm gonna work on that, right?
07:03
No, no, no, no.
07:03
Don't spend your time on that because that's not gonna help with what we're doing right now.
07:08
So, so this is why we have these check-ins that you're able to share with me.
07:12
Look, all this stuff's come up and what do I do with it?
07:15
I'm like, okay, and I help you to triage.
07:18
And this is also why I provide Slack support.
07:21
So Slack is a private messaging platform, so you can be sharing with all this with me anytime you want.
07:26
Whenever you've done a clearance, you can just message me away and tell me what's come up for you, and I can tell you right there and then, leave it, park it, do it, whatever, whatever it is, so that you don't have to wait until our session to do that.
07:39
The work is ongoing.
07:40
While we're working together, we are collaborating, and I'm there with you the whole time.
07:46
The great way about this approach is that you are in complete control with the pace.
07:52
So if you want to binge and do 3, 4, 5 clearances a day, you absolutely can do that.
07:59
If you don't have that capacity to be able to do that level of work, you you don't have to.
08:04
You can do 1 a day, you can do 5 in a week.
08:07
It's entirely up to you.
08:08
So if we think about the therapy model, maybe you have been to therapy and it's something that you're familiar with, and what usually happens there is you have your weekly session and you go to the session, which is usually capped at an hour, and that's where the work happens.
08:22
And then they might have some exercises or something to do, some coping mechanisms, some coping strategies to to use in the meantime, but then you have to wait the next session, which is a week later, to do anything else.
08:33
And that means that things can take a long, long time, Well, we're not working in that way here.
08:38
Now, some people procrastinate on this kind of thing because it's not always easy work.
08:43
You know, when you are confronting some of your darkest fears or your anxieties, it's not easy always to sit down and do that.
08:51
that's why having someone like me there is useful, because I can reach out to you and go, hey, I've not seen anything come through, what's going on?
08:57
Are you, you stuck?
08:59
And we can work with that.
09:00
I can, we can identify what's going on and clear it so that you can get back and do the work that you, you want, you actually want to do, right?
09:05
That's why we're working together.
09:08
So whatever comes up that might get in the way of the work happening, so whether there's a block around the work, whatever, if you're stuck, you don't know what to do, you're not sure you're doing it right, whatever's going on.
09:20
We can work with that, get past it, and get you back into the saddle so that we can get the clearance work done, the change work done.
09:27
So I talked about the check-in session, which is that kind of like that 45-minute, half an hour session where we're checking in.
09:32
Now, some programmes include deep healing session, and they are about 75 minutes where we're doing some wound healing work.
09:51
So the wound healing work is where I use my Absolute Healing process and we're doing live work with stuff that we've identified as part of your clearance plan.
09:59
I've got one programme that is entirely focused on all of that kind of work where we are clearing all of the wounds, and that's very powerful, profound work.
10:09
I've got some programmes we incorporate some of those a little bit, but actually the focus is elsewhere.
10:14
So, your programme may or may not include wound healing as part of that.
10:18
You might receive wound healing audio tracks.
10:21
that enables you to access really powerful, deep healing work, So doing a wound healing live enables me to create the healing that is specific to how you're experiencing the thing, to your wound.
10:36
that specificity is really important.
10:38
And so when you're using somebody else's or a recording I've got, that might not be specific enough to the way that your wound is.
10:46
So having live wound healing is really useful when there are things maybe that have been eluding you, or you really want to be incredibly focused around healing something very specific for yourself.
10:57
then I've got some other programmes that have these 2-hour sessions, and that means we just have more time available to do wound healings, to unpack what's going on, to do clearances, to whatever you need.
11:08
We just have this, this dedicated session where we can get a lot done in a short amount of time.
11:14
Now, some people stress a little bit that they won't have enough time to do what they need to do, that shouldn't be a worry at all, because if you want, you can extend the programme.
11:21
if you want to continue the work that you're doing, you now have your clearance plan.
11:26
You can continue doing this work on your own.
11:28
And use The Clearance Club as a resource.
11:30
Now, The Clearance Club has weekly support calls, so it means that you're able to continue the work on your own, in your own time.
11:38
And if you ever need to come in and talk to me, you can just join one of the group calls and ask me some questions.
11:42
So you're never alone.
11:43
There's the group community where you can ask questions, and you can continue with the work without necessarily working one-to-one with me.
11:50
So you have a way of learning this very effective and powerful method under my guidance.
11:58
And it might be that you want to come back later, or you don't.
12:00
It's entirely up to you.
12:02
But now you are equipped.
12:04
Now you have the knowledge of a method that you can use whenever you want for the rest of your life to tackle any of your fears, anxieties, or conflicts.
12:12
So typically in a 4 or 5 week programme, if you count the number of clearances and healings that you you get done, it typically is equivalent to the kind of thing that you might experience in maybe 6 to 8 months of, let's say, if you're going to therapy.
12:28
I want to be really clear when I describe that, is that within the therapy model, you'll be doing one thing every week.
12:35
Because it'll happen in the session.
12:36
Whereas we're not doing it one every week, you might be getting 7 done in a week, when you combine the wound healing tracks that I might be sharing with you, the clearances you're doing, you could be doing more than that.
12:47
And if you're doing a 3 to 4 month programme, you could be getting up to 2, 3, 4 years of therapy.
12:52
And the other thing that needs saying at this point is that we're not working with the same methods that you will encounter within a therapy session.
12:58
The work that we're doing with head trash clearance operates at a very, very different layer to what you might encounter within therapy.
13:05
Typically, therapy is working at the conscious level, whereas we're working at a much deeper level.
13:09
that means that we are working at the level where the change needs to happen, and this is another reason why the method works quickly And that is how we get so much done.
13:20
That is how we get incredible results, fast results.
13:25
So if you need to bring about behavioural change, psychological change, like change how you're feeling rapidly, this is how we go about it.
13:34
And yes, that does mean that you have to do some but you're doing it under my guidance, and we can do it incredibly fast.
13:41
When I work with people who've got burnout, for example, I've got a very intense programme where I'm working several times a week with somebody because we have to get them back to work as soon as possible.
13:51
also I've got some people who are pregnant and facing a due date and they don't have a lot of time to change how they're feeling before the baby arrives.
13:59
So I'm used to working in very, very short, intense bursts and the method everything that I've created enables that to happen.
14:05
So if you have a need, an urgent need to change how you're feeling really quickly, and when I say really quickly, I mean within weeks, then do get in touch because we can have a conversation about how we can pull something together to fit with your needs.
