You know, I just want to shoot a quick video that, you know, don't not feel dejected, you know, when things don't go your way.
00:08
You know, basically, you know, many times, like, say, you know, you go to your to a place to get some work done, some, you know, government job done, or some, you know, you you've applied for something, you know, whatever it is, and you're depending on someone else, and that someone else just screws you up, you just, you know, just does some you know, it's it's okay to be disappointed because there's a lot of difference between disappointment and dejection.
00:33
Like, you know, everyone has a right to be disappointed.
00:35
You must study hard, you might not get some things done, or you might not be able to achieve your goals.
00:40
So, disappointment is fine, but dejection is called tamaskuna.
00:47
It's it's it's something which puts you down.
00:49
It's like you are catching hold of the rope You know, thine is the rope that pulls you down, Vivekananda says.
00:56
So very important that you have got every right to be disappointed but not dejected.
01:03
So just want to shoot a quick video that, you know, someone puts you down, you know, someone said something, or you feel bad because something didn't happen that way.
01:14
Because here's the reality that, you know, every single day we you know, so long as we are on earth alive, you know, we are dependent on people, on circumstances, on, you know, events, on desires and goals.
01:27
And so, no matter how much we plan, organize, or whatever it is, you know, people just, sometimes put you down, you know, sometimes things don't happen the way- sometimes a lot of things get screwed up.
01:41
And many times, you know, you get dejected.
01:46
And that's a very subtle difference between disappointment and dejection.
01:51
Disappointment should just stay for 30, you know, 2 minutes, all right, that's it, 2 minutes or maybe 3 minutes.
02:00
But, you know, dejection lasts for like hours, days, weeks, and that should not happen.
02:08
That's called tamas guna.
02:10
Which means you you are holding the rope and pulling it.
02:13
So thine is the rope, thine is the hand that holds the rope that pulls thee down.
02:17
So never do that, you know, never allow anything outside to have so much influence in you.
02:24
And I may understand that, you know, so many things go wrong in our life, right?
02:29
So many things- relationship, health, work, all say.
02:32
But never ever allow, you know, it's it's this a very, very powerful skill which if you develop, I think these are the skills which all great men and women had developed.
02:44
So just want to shoot this quick video to let you know that this place within you is very powerful.
02:51
It's very intelligent to handle even the most complex problems.
02:56
And that's why I highly suggest you do the 2-minute meditation which, you know, I had suggested.
03:01
As well as, you know, build inspiration systems.
03:04
So I'll talk more about building inspiration systems.
03:07
I just want to give you a quick headline that this space is mighty, powerful, and superior intelligence to take you out from anything.
03:17
So you have a right to be disappointed but not dejected.
