You know, today I want to speak to you about anger.
00:04
You know, it's something which- it's a demon, right?
00:07
I mean, it's a demon which can really swallow you up.
00:10
You know, it can destroy your body, it can destroy relationships, can destroy many things, monetary and in work.
00:15
I mean, if you don't, you know, recognize these sensations and do all that stuff.
00:20
So, just like everyone else, I've struggled with anger, you know, and it has taken away a lot of stuff from me as well as really done a lot of damage.
00:31
And so over the years, after I, as you know, I've been doing this for the last 15 years and doing Bhagavad Gita, just come up with this, you know, self-defense technique, if you want, towards anger, which I just want to share with you, you know.
00:46
And it works very decently with very minimal effort and with very negligible damage, if you will.
00:51
So here's what it is.
00:53
So the first step is recognize anger.
00:58
That's it.
00:59
Recognize anger.
01:02
Now I want you to know what I mean by recognize anger.
01:04
Recognize anger means that you see it coming inside of you, like see it moving around inside of you, like like a wave, you know, you can see standing at the shore.
01:15
Let's say you're standing at the shore and you can see the wave coming and, you know, coming like, you know, the you know, very thunderous waves coming and trying to lash at you.
01:24
That's that way you should just recognize it as moving inside your system, inside your body, mind, your you know blood, you know it's mixing with your blood and you know making it black or whatever.
01:39
So recognize it and leave it as it is.
01:42
So you don't have to do anything.
01:44
So we just recognize it, that's step 1.
01:47
Just recognize it.
01:49
And leave it as it is.
01:50
So you recognize it, that it's moving around you, and it's like, you know, filling up your face.
01:58
You can see it coming.
01:59
You're basically like some demon coming or something.
02:01
Just recognize it as a force which is causing damage to you.
02:07
That's step 1.
02:08
Recognize it and leave it as it is.
02:10
That's step 1 for the first 10-20 seconds, whatever.
02:14
And then step number 2 is you feel it, you feel the damage which it is causing, like your face suddenly gets very tight, you know, your face is like, you know, and and your your your you know your you are like, you know, your words, your words from softness becomes like the cactus, you know, if if at all you speak and and your your blood becomes black, you know, feel that, that this what this damn thing is doing inside your system before you even spit it.
02:47
Now all that anger is because of some event or person, right?
02:49
Some bloody event or some person.
02:52
But feel that pain.
02:54
Feel that pain that is causing to your system, your body, your eyes, your ears, your mouth, your hands, you know, your entire communication pattern, your entire system.
03:06
It's it's completely destroying it.
03:09
So first step, recognize it, leave it.
03:11
Second step, feel it before you even release it, that pain.
03:15
Feel it as to how you feel it, because when you recognize it and then you feel it within you and you feel the entire damage that is doing within you, you become eligible for the third part, which is releasing it.
03:30
You see, the the biggest, you know, mistake which I made was I was trying when I got got the anger, I just used to throw it at whatever came in front of me.
03:39
So if no one was there, it was me.
03:41
So it was like a personal event.
03:43
So, and most of the people, they tend to, you know, take that anger and throw it at someone else.
03:49
So that is what most of the people do.
03:51
You know, if there's anger at work, you spill it at home.
03:54
If there is at home, you spill it at work, or you spill it somewhere else at some other person.
03:59
So we never know who is gonna be a victim, you know.
04:02
The behavior patterns of human beings are so unpredictable nowadays that who is going to be a victim, we don't know.
04:08
And the reason is because we just are throwing it out.
04:11
That was the mistake I was doing.
04:13
So, and then after reading Bhagavad Gita and all, I came to understand that this is nothing but a sensation.
04:21
And a sensation is nothing.
04:23
Once you recognize it, leave it.
04:25
Then feel it, leave it.
04:28
And when you recognize and feel it, it will die.
04:32
It is like a wave.
04:33
It will die after 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 4 minutes, because once you recognize and feel it, the third step is release it.
04:42
You become eligible for releasing it only when you recognize it and leave it without doing anything, not saying, it has to go, or, you know, that person is faulty.
04:51
You just recognize it within you, leave it, and then you Feel it within you, feel the damage it's doing within you, and leave it.
05:00
And then once you have done both, recognize and feeling, you can then release it from your system.
05:08
And that is when you become eligible for releasing.
05:11
And you just pray to your consciousness that I just want to let it go, and it will go.
05:16
The reason is because you have recognized it and you have felt the damage, so you can release it.
05:23
And it's and it goes, it will be just like vomiting, you will be clear.
05:26
After 5 to 10 minutes, the wave will go down and so there'll be no damage done to you as well as to any other person and so you will not get back again karma because if you just throw it on someone and the anger will come back as well as you will get more bad karma as well as you will get more, you know, bad tamas guna of anger.
05:48
Now in this step, You recognize the anger because it's bottled anger.
05:52
You recognize it, you leave it as it is.
05:55
You're not doing anything else, you're just recognizing it, seeing it, like seeing it, you know, your eyes should get power.
06:01
See it, recognize it, leave it as it is.
06:04
Feel that, feel that poison within you, what's damage is doing to your body, you know, your hand.
06:09
Feel it and leave it.
06:12
And when you do the recognizing and feeling, you become eligible for releasing.
06:15
Bring it to your consciousness and release it.
06:17
And within 5-10 minutes, you'll notice that the waves subside and it's gone.
06:22
It's gone forever.
06:23
And if you follow this beautiful system, you will not cause problems to others as well as to you, and you will not ignite more bad tamas in you.
06:34
And beautiful energy will be released and you'll feel very beautiful.
06:38
You can listen to this video when you're angry, or you can just follow the system.
06:42
Recognize it, relieve it.
06:45
Feel it, leave it.
06:47
And then you become eligible for release.
06:48
Straight to your consciousness, it will go away.
06:50
You don't have to do anything, you don't have to say.
06:53
And during- know that it is just a tendency.
06:55
Anger is a tendency.
06:57
It's a tamas guna.
06:58
And don't be, you know, too much- don't glamorize it.
07:03
And, you know, always ensure that you don't say anything during that moment.
07:10
If you follow the system, in 5 to 10 minutes it will go away and then you can speak.
07:15
Till that time, don't speak, don't say anything.
07:18
So, and you will be able to release beautiful energy.
07:21
The anger will go out and beautiful energy will come up and you will be smiling all the way.
