I just want to share with you this thing which I just saw yesterday when I was passing through and there was a person who had died and all the people were around him and you know his body was kept on the floor for further rituals and so you know I could everyone could you know I could see his you know head, eyes, ears, nose, hands, legs, all intact, all beautiful.
00:26
From the outer.
00:28
However, 5 minutes back there was something called life and now there's no life.
00:33
So what really went away?
00:36
And and you know, doctors and whoever, you know, most people say, well, the life, breathing went, stopped and all that thing, because you got to give some damn reason, because that's what human beings are like.
00:47
The moment we give some reason, we think we are intelligent.
00:51
But here's what Krishna says.
00:52
Krishna says, "The deluded, the ignorant, do not see him moving out, staying in, and experiencing an association with the constituents.
01:03
The wise knows it all." So what he says, Krishna says, is the ignorant people do not see him, meaning this jiva, the consciousness, moving out from the body when you when a person passes away, staying in when I am alive, like I am alive, you are alive, staying in and experiencing an association with the consciousness.
01:22
So our consciousness experiences this objective world through the layer of the gunas, the impressions, which is the baggage which we have brought in.
01:32
So what why this is important to us is no matter how horrible your circumstance in life is, whether it be in relationship or you know health or monetary or no matter how good it is, they they are just baggages, they are just these impressions.
01:49
Which we have brought.
01:51
And one thing which most of the people struggle with is we try to go from pain to pleasure, or, you know, discomfort to comfort, or, you know, not so good situation to a good situation.
02:04
And we feel the only medium is thought, action, event.
02:07
I just want to tell you, that's not what the wise ones do.
02:11
That's good.
02:11
I mean, we got to do, you know, till the time that we ready for this you know higher experience, we got to take that road.
02:19
However, there is a beautiful and a fast-track road where you don't need to go through a thought-action event to go from discomfort to comfort, from unpleasant experience to pleasant experience.
02:32
And that is this space within us which is completely untouched.
02:37
It's it's completely untouched.
02:39
You know, The and and this is real.
02:43
I mean, you can go through the most horrible circumstance in life, and when you sit for this 2-minute meditation, which I'm gonna teach you in the next class, is you can have a profound experience even when, you know, people are gonna kill you the next 5 minutes.
02:59
And and this is true.
03:00
I mean, I've experienced that.
03:02
The great ones experienced that.
03:03
I want to share this with you.
03:04
Now, what I mean is, this is not some foolish talk.
03:07
Where I say, okay, you keep laughing like a fool when things around you go bad.
03:11
No, that's not what I'm saying.
03:13
I'm saying when things go wrong, what happens?
03:16
You feel dejected, you feel down, you feel helpless, and your brain just gets filled with water, so nothing works.
03:23
We don't want that to happen, okay?
03:25
So that's the reason we are using this.
03:27
We are not using- so, you know, who will not want that, right?
03:31
Like when everything is going wrong, you can have the most beautiful and serene experience.
03:36
And that will give you the power to do exactly the things which you want.
03:40
That's called the 2-minute meditation, and I'm gonna share that with you tomorrow.
