Automated Real Estate Market Update Postcards 📬

Hey, Ryan here with Thanks.io.

In my hand, I have our monthly market update postcard.

It's written by AI every month.

It just goes out on autopilot to your complete sphere of influence or to your farm.

It is dead simple to set up, and it's the most effective thing that we have for real estate agents here at Thanks.io.

A blended 7.8, 7.9 scan rate off the QR code.

You can connect this up to your CRM, so every QR scan gets automated follow-up.

It's just amazing, and we wanted to make it as easy as possible for you to get this done.

So down below, I'm gonna scroll down, you'll see some copy and paste prompts that you can generate based on whatever tooling or CRM you are using right now.

Just pick your tooling and then you'll get the exact prompt to paste into your LLM to get this all built out for you.

Or we'll also include step-by-step instructions.

It's really not hard to do if you wanna point and click inside of the Thanks UI, but the easiest thing to do, of course, is to go ahead and use the prompt.

Now, the idea here is that putting something physical in people's hands on a regular basis is a good way to make sure that you stay top of mind.

They don't forget about you.

There are a lot of services out there in the real estate space that do texting and emailing automatically.

But as you probably know, people are getting blind to these things, right?

Email deliverability is hard.

Texting is a constant game of staying compliant and making sure that you don't get shadow banned by the by the carriers.

mail still gets through.

And in real estate with the average transaction size in your market, pretty much wherever you are, this stuff ROI like crazy, as long as you are consistent, which we've solved for you here at Thanks To Know, and you do just a little bit of follow-up as people scan these.

If you can make a quick phone call or you can follow up with a CMA in the mail, it'll increase conversion rates.

But really, if you do nothing and just let this run, you'll probably get ROI because people will just remember who you are and call you when they're ready to sell or they have a referral or need to buy something.

So go ahead, just pop your CRM, whatever systems you're using, down below, paste the prompt into your LLM, and you'll be good to go.

I promise this is gonna work out great for you.

It's working out great for a lot of agents.

Around the country.

Have a good one.
