And in my opinion, it's one of the most important videos here in the Academy because AI-generated images now look great from the frontier model providers, OpenAI or Google, and you get like polished and premium and on-brand results.

In this video, I want to show you how to fill the biggest problem in my opinion and to bridge the gap from made up to ready to upload.

Here on the left side, you see that we have a hallucination festival.

Actually, everything is off.

AI doesn't get the product entirely, and it's making up things, and even it doesn't know how to use it.

And here on the right side, it's actually the product listing you can upload to Amazon.

The hardest part, in my opinion, is to get the product 100% right.

And it's not only about one image generation.

It's actually in every image generation, if it's an Amazon listing or an ad creative or something else.

Should be right everywhere.

Because how accurate your product will be displayed on your marketing assets determines how much your sales go up.

Because when the product is shown in a wrong way on your listing, it leads to returns, the AI slob on it harms the trust, and you get fewer sales.

So it's a downward spiral.

And when you do it right, you get even fewer returns because you meet the buyer's expectations and they trust you and you get more sales.

We're starting with the actual problem so you understand the context why this is happening.

Then we jump into the setup, so what AI needs from you, and then I lead you through the process step by step with a specific and real product example.

Let me explain to you the problem.

Unusual and unique products make AI guess.

That's why a lot of AI demos are done with supplements, because these are simple products.

They are quite familiar, not unusual, and they have not too many details.

So the more details it gets and the more unusual it becomes, the harder it gets.

That's why I picked the Braun shaver here as an example to show you how to solve the problem.

The reason for this is how AI works and got trained, because it is trained with a lot of data, in this specific example photos, and it learns from the usual generic photos it gets.

And then when it comes to the listing image generation of your product, it analyzes your product photos as a reference, and if they're not complete, it guesses the rest.

So again, the more unusual the product is, the more AI starts to guess.

And the problem is that most Amazon products are actual innovations, so there are no generic products at all anymore.

There's a super simple test you can do with your mom.

Show her one photo of your product, and if she can't say what it is and what it can do within 3 seconds of looking at the image, then AI will fail as well.

Now it's time for the setup.

First of all, I want to explain to you how Scalable handles it.

It reads all your data, your reviews, your product features, the conversion drivers, and a lot more, and then creates a content brief and strategy.

This includes the definition of what will be shown on your listing image, means what parts of your product, what benefits will be shown, and the scene in general.

And also what will be overlaid, means the copy, the callouts, the trust elements, etc.

So for AI image generation, you already have the direction, the content brief and strategy, and then Scalable even creates the photo checklist for you.

So you get the task, what kind of photos are needed, and your role is to provide the right photos to accomplish the task and also then pick the right photos.

And here what I used is the razor with the cap closed in two different angles.

And the last shot is easy, you just have to provide a shot of the product where it's ready to use.

So the main principle here is right photos in and you get the right and accurate product photos out.

So let's jump into Scalable and I show you how you can upload your product photos and check off all the tasks, and also how to fine-tune the product photo selection to get your desired results.

And you also get the full data about your product, what blocks the conversion, what drives the conversion, the review insights, and a lot more.

But now let's get to the gallery image generations because we want to set up the product foundation.

And there are actually 2 major parts you have to do.

As already explained, one important part are the product photos here, and the second part to get consistency and premium appeal across all the generations, you need the Brand Kit.

So these are the things you have to accomplish to move forward with the generations and get consistent and accurate results in all your image generations.

On the left side, we have the drop zone where you can upload your photos up to 24.

And here we have the checklist and you get your task from Scalable.

So we have a couple of required photos.

6 of these and some optional ones.

And you see that most of these are already green because I uploaded already 15 photos.

And one task is not accomplished yet, and we need to provide the Shaver Color Range overview.

So it's uploading and directly after it, Scalable validates the product and checks the quality and also checks what the product is about.

And then when done right, it actually assigns it to the specific task.

Then the last step is to pick a brand kit and I already did some prep work and this is the one we want to go with.

And on this product, I already generated a couple images and as a reminder, Here are the ones that hallucinated massively.

So you see that here across all the generations, it absolutely made up the whole product.

And then when the right products are in, it actually generates the right shot with the right product on each generation.

And then comes the most important part because Scalable also matches the product photos for you for a specific slot, but sometimes you need to help Scalable.

It's not perfect yet, and as AI, AI makes mistakes.

And then from here, you can toggle on and off the images.

And then when you're checked if you have the right product photos to accomplish your photo here, this reverse engineering what I meant, you can close this off.

In general, this product was super tricky because it's on one hand super detailed, it has a lot of features, and it's quite innovative.

That's why that's why here you see what AI did, but I was able to achieve the results here.

First, I reverse engineered what kind of photos are needed, and then I manually selected the right photos here that help the AI to understand the product for this infographic with these two sides.
