Academy 06.04 — Share

So other people, as for example, partner team members or even agency and freelancers, get access to it without having any Scalable account.

The whole process just requires a couple of clicks.

You get a link and you even can customize your shared page.

Let's get into it.

Here at the top, next to the export button is the share button.

And here with just one switch, you can set your product live and you get your own shared link for this product.

Let's copy it and let me show you how it looks like.

Let's open this in a new tab.

And on default, there's only the product data, means from the Understand Your Data section, the conversion drivers, review insights, etc.

And to unlock basically the generated images, you just have to go back and basically you have the option to select all, or you just go there and pick manually which images you like to share.

Or you just select the images that got generated for a specific channel.

So let's go here with the gallery images and the seamless A+, and let's see what happens here after we did a refresh.

This way, the person that accesses the shared page has now access to the generated images and it's sorted by slot and they can go directly in it and see how it looks like.

And on the right side, you see the export button and now let's get to some Advanced settings.

Here you can control if people can export these images and you can activate and deactivate the sign-in button.

There is even another customization option where you can upload your own company or brand logo and also add some more information as your company name.

So that's actually about it.

This way you can share the data and the generated images from Scalable without doing any downloads and sending files through the internet.
