Find Your Outbound Revenue Leaks 📈

You're probably losing $500,000 a year to outbound problems you could realistically fix in weeks.

All you need to do is answer 8 very short questions and we will show you exactly where the money is going.

Let me show you exactly how it works.

So below this video, there'll be a button that looks exactly like this.

It says, find my revenue leaks.

You click on that button, it takes you down to this form.

And you answer these questions.

So give us an idea of the annual revenue.

Let's say that you're between $1 and $5 million.

Let's have a look at the funding here.

Are you bootstrapped or you pre-seed or seed round or you Series A+?

You select that.

And then do you have reps doing outbound?

Okay, you choose that.

Then you go to the next set of questions here.

This will ask you how many reps do you have?

So let's say you have 4 reps.

How many meetings per month?

So how many total meetings are you generating off the back of those reps?

Let's say that you've got 20.

Put in your average deal size.

If you're in the UK, you can use pounds.

If you're in the US, you can use dollars.

Let's say that it's $50,000.

Now the next question here, how do reps prioritize accounts?

So do they have a system in place or you don't have a system in place?

Maybe it's by territory, maybe it's by gut feeling because you guys are still early or you have buying signals in place.

Let's say it's gut feel.

Okay.

And then how is your total addressable market mapped?

So I mean, how have you worked out all the accounts in the space that you could go after?

Do you have no list right now because you guys are early stage?

Is it in a spreadsheet?

Is it in a CRM but it's unscored?

It's sort of a bit messy, a bit jumbled up.

Or is it in a CRM and is it scored?

Simply choose your option.

Then you need to see your results.

You put in your name, your work email, and your work phone, and what you will get is this here.

So we will show you the exact opportunity you leaving on the table by not having these problems fixed.

So we'll give you a monetary value, okay?

And then we'll give you the exact issues that you can fix and then exactly how to fix them as well.

And we've also costed them as well, so you can see how much each one is and then also prioritize them as well.

So you'll go through this, you'll be able to see exactly what the issue is.

We'll also email this over to you as a PDF, and then if you want to walk through this with myself where we can have a discussion about it and then see if us coming in to fix those issues is the right option for you.

You click that link there.

You can click this, there'll be something popping up.

It'll be super easy for you to go ahead and book in a time with myself.

So this is how the Outbound Ops Finder works.

Really simple.
