Meet Quin

You can find Quin by going to the left-hand side and select Quin.

It sees your whole book of business accounts, meetings, tasks, NPS, custom objects, all of it.

Over here you'll find your recent chats and AI memories.

You'll also see our quick actions and a place where you can add your own saved prompts.

More on those in a second.

First, let's ask it something real.

I'm going to first ask Quin, What accounts are renewing in the next 90 days that have a health score under 60?

You can watch Quin think as it goes.

It figures out which data matters, builds the query, and pulls in just what it needs.

If you could build it as a view, Quin can do it.

You just skip the building part.

And there it is.

Here's the list.

Notice it even ends with a suggestion for a next step, so I can keep going.

Here's where it gets fun.

Quin doesn't just tell you stuff, it does stuff.

And nothing goes out until you say so.

You can review the template and then hit send.

But there's more.

Let's take a look at the account.

Quin also lives right inside your records.

Open any account, meeting, conversation, note, and Quinn's right there focused on just that one place.

We can select Quin here on the account level, and you'll see these quick actions change depending on where and what you're looking at.

On an account, I can easily add an AI summary to run right away and it'll run for just this account.

Or let's take a look at the meetings.

I can open up a meeting on this account and you'll see Quinn's right there with some new quick actions where we can ask it to suggest follow-up tasks, generate notes, or even pull out product requests or and drafting follow-up emails straight from the transcript.

remember, you can ask Quin anything you want.

I can just come in here and ask Quin any churn risks I should know about.

And Quinn's going to take a look at this transcript and let me know.

See how it breaks it all down in just a matter of seconds?

2 things that make Quin feel like yours are AI memories, and this is where you can tell it once about your business, your preferences, your tone, and Quin will keep that in mind in all of its outputs.

You can also come in here under by the quick actions and create your own saved prompts.

Maybe every morning you want to run a morning brief.

You can come in here and add a morning brief asking Quin to look at your meetings for the day and pull key context on those customers' health scores and renewal dates.

that is a saved prompt that you can run without having to retype.

look at that!

Thanks, Quin!

And if you're ever not sure what Quin can do, just ask it.

Seriously, something like, What can you help me with?

is a great first prompt.

Give it a spin.
