Agency Administrators Permissions 🛡️

You can change the permissions for the different administrators.

Let me show you that.

When you add an administrator or when you already have an administrator, you can edit the permissions.

So let's do this.

When I'm adding an administrator, I will invite my personal email, let's say and I can change the permissions by default.

It's manager.

A manager can manage different members.

an account manager will manage assigned accounts.

And the super admin will be able to manage everyone, plus billing.

what I mean everyone is the super admin can also switch to the different administrators to the owner of the organization.

So this is the role you will give to your associate or someone you trust.

By default an administrator won't have access to manager won't have access to other administrators, but only to account.

this is made for you to mainly use the account manager feature.

If you want to assign company A accounts to only one person.

This person will only have access to those two profiles.

Will see only those two profiles in their switch bar.
