I will show you in this video how you can handle your clients with the new client space feature and many other things.
00:09
When you are on Magic Post and you are an owner of an agency plan, you can switch between the user mode and the admin mode and this is where you will manage your clients.
00:19
So what is new here is you can see the administrators are separated which means you can add different people you can add, assign them a paying seat or not, you decide.
00:30
But the most interesting part is to manage the client space.
00:35
When you are here you see your different clients.
00:39
If you go to let's say Owen, you can check his client space settings and you can activate different modules.
00:49
By default the core module is the calendar and you can also Add now homepage IDs, media metrics, engagement leads.
00:57
You decide what you want to give access to your clients.
01:00
Let's say I activate this for Owen.
01:04
I can activate different things for another client.
01:07
If I go to settings, I can do default parameters, but let's go to Amelia.
01:12
this is her workspace.
01:14
I can copy paste the link and send it to my client, but I can also open the space.
01:19
Let's say this is what's happening.
01:21
So this is what Amelia will see with her link.
01:25
She will land on the homepage because you see I've activated the module homepage.
01:30
So it's a recap about the different features she has access to.
01:35
well the first thing we want for the client are to approve the post for sure.
01:39
So she can review the different posts she has to approve.
01:42
She can see what's been scheduled for the next few days, what's been published, an overview of the metrics, some stuff about engagement and leads.
01:51
But she can go deeper into each module.
01:54
So let's go to Calendar.
01:56
This is what you already had before the new client space.
02:00
So this is what she will check when she wants to approve content.
02:04
she can go here, she can double check the content, leave comments.
02:08
as always, she can approve the post, you can leave internal feedback.
02:13
she can review the skill link or she can edit the post directly because as you see editing mode was activated by default.
02:22
If I don't want her to reschedule or to edit the post, I will just go with approval.
02:30
And she also has access to different other features, metrics.
02:34
It's the same as if you were on Magic Post, but it's for her only.
02:38
She can change things you can change the time view, you can refresh post.
02:42
So if you want to give your clients full access to different cool things, this is what you can do.
02:48
engagement and leads are a bit different.
02:50
Engagement it's not built for her to engage but to create and manage lists.
02:56
So, so the client can create a list example.
03:01
She can create a list, she can add profiles into the list.
03:04
let's say she want to add someone here.
03:07
She can just do that and build the list and you as the agency you will do the engagement on her behalf.
03:13
so this is built for her to manage edit list.
03:16
she can also get reports about what's been commenting, what the replies were, what were the replies on her post.
03:24
Leads is a bit different.
03:26
She has access to leads, but she won't configure everything.
03:29
However she will be able to connect her tool.
03:33
So she will be able to connect her CRM, or sequencing tool so that's easier for you to collaborate with your client.
03:41
Well I will let you discover everything.
03:44
it's super complete and you can also manage the notification straight from here and you can get some insight about the activity of your client in their client space.
03:56
So you know if they use it and what they've done other thing with those new features is the settings.
04:04
The settings is super important.
04:05
Now you can customize the client space so you will give a name to your agency.
04:12
You can change the logo, you can change the color.
04:14
By default it's the MagicPass purple.
04:17
But as you saw my organization here is in blue.
04:20
So, so Amelia when she goes here she sees a blue interface.
04:25
different buttons you see and you have the agency name here.
04:29
you can add a logo.
04:30
Of course this is the default settings for the modules for each new client if you want them to have IDs or everything.
04:38
pretty straightforward and important one is the custom domain.
04:42
you can set a custom domain, you will see.
04:44
it's all explained.
04:45
if you are familiar with setting emails or everything with your domain you will see it's kind of the same.
04:51
we guide you through the different steps.
04:54
but what's the goal here is let's say you want from client to not land on app uh.magicpost.in but on your custom domain you will just add your domain here and this is what your client will see.
05:10
they will see workspace mp, uh-agency.com, and it's more customized.
05:17
This is how we can do a fully white label, experience.
05:21
So they don't see magic paths at all.
05:23
The only time they will see magic is when they need to connect to LinkedIn because we are a verified partner of LinkedIn and this is mandatory that they see that magicpost, that is requiring access to their LinkedIn.
05:35
But this is the only part you can say that magicpost is the tool you use for all the scaling part and everything.
