RJ Video Explainer

In this video I'll be explaining how we can contractually guarantee an additional 10 to $100,000 a month from done for you email and sms marketing in 60 days or it's your money bank.

and we have already done it before for a better marketplace to them from 14.3k to 47.5k in email revenue in just 90 days.

For Naked Build Town we took them from 1.5k to 15k in email revenue in 30 days.

After flow set up and after they renew with us, we took them from 18.4k to to 36.9k in email revenue in just 30 days.

for n supplements, we took them from no email system to bring in 8.8k in email revenue in just 90 days.

Before we go further, I want to clarify who this is for.

If you're just starting out, this isn't a fit for you.

This offer is for established brands that want to level up their life cycle and retention marketing with email and sms.

This is for you.

If you're an e commerce brand doing at least $50,000 a month in online revenue and you're concerned about your dependency on paid on and organic channels, you're unsatisfied with your current results.

Whether it's because a lack of time expertise in house, your agency or freelancer isn't up to par, you have missing out data flows or you just lack clarity over what strategies can drive outcomes for your brand.

If it sounds like you and email isn't doing 30 to 40% of your total store revenue right now, we can help.

So why should you care about your email marketing now?

Because every month you wait you're leaving potential revenue fall right through your hands.

Your CAC only ever going to increase as ecommerce gets more competitive.

While Meta and Google can change their rules on you at any time, email is the only channel where you actually own your audience and can get in front of them without platform risk.

And 8, 9, 10 figure brands you look up to.

Don't treat it as an afterthought because it's one of the best levers to lower your CAC by converting more of your traffic and increasing your LTV by driving repeat purchases.

So what exactly makes us different?

For see, I say we're not just an email and SMS marketing agency.

That label understates what we do and what we actually need.

We are your partners in customer lifecycle and retention.

We build a system that gets more value from every customer you already have so you stop losing money on the back end while you work so hard to grow on the front end.

Email is where we start, but retention is where we're going.

We take this seriously.

We even have an option where we fly out and help you build, hire and train your own in house email team, but I'll get to that later.

We also help build a parasocial relationship between your brand and your customers.

This means a consistent voice, real stories and regular touchpoints so your customers feel like they actually know you.

This builds trust, lowers price sensitivity and reliance on discounting, and it drives repeat purchase behavior and LTV beyond what transactional flows can produce.

We also track metrics that other email agencies don't like.

Your cac, your CAC payback period, your ltv, your customer cohort analysis Contribution margin, Repeat versus New customer trends.

We do all of this because retention starts at acquisition and the type of customer you bring in determines their LTV from day one.

We take this data to help you inform your front end growth decisions.

Now moving on to our email os.

This consists of three main pillars.

Number one List Acquisition, Number two Lifecycle and Retention infrastructure and number three Account Growth and nurture.

Pillar one List Acquisition look, you already paid to get customers on your site so we set up pop ups that Capture at least 10% of your traffic into your email list.

This part gets overlooked a lot, but it's critical go as A bigger email list means we can nurture and convert more people.

We'll build you one popup for mobile and one for desktop.

Pillar 2 lifecycle and retention infrastructure.

It builds you a system of 30 plus emails that nurtures and converts customers at every stage of their journey.

This consists of flows like your welcome series, your cart abandonment, your checkout abandonment, your browser abandonment, your site abandonment, your post purchase consisting of thanking your customer, product allocation review collection, cross sell upsell, your replenishment re engagement flow, your win back flow to prevention, your sunset flow to remove non engagers and other flows relevant to your brand.

And if you are a subscription based brand we also set up specific subscription based flows for you as well such as subscription started subscription cancelled subscription pause upcoming order payment failed and more.

All these help prevent subscription turn and thus increase ltv.

We do all of the strategy and configuration and segmentation for you.

Pillar three Account Growth and Nurture this is where we compound and maximize results in your account.

So firstly we have your non discount weekly campaigns.

This is where we engage, educate and convert customers at full price.

We do your campaign calendar planning and ideation.

We do your campaign creation through the copywriting and design.

We do it all in segmentation.

We do the implementation and scheduling and we do your AB testing for your pop up management we do a B testing on the offer, copy and design and also update them during big sales and events.

For flows management we do your flow A B testing and we also add best performing campaigns to your flows.

We also update them during sales and events.

For account management we handle all setup, migration and tool integrations.

We Keep your deliverability strong and we do your list killing and segmentation to prevent your inflated email list from raising your klaviyo bill.

We also do your reporting to give you weekly updates and approvals and also monthly analytics and strategy meetings.

Beyond email, once our foundational email system is performing, we expand into sms, direct mail referral programs, loyalty programs and even subscription program launching and management.

It's all done for you.

We just need your brand assets and approval on the work.

for the process and timeline.

Week zero we'll do your onboarding form and onboarding call.

Week one is where we deliver your first win to build you your mobile and desktop pop up, get you a welcome series and start your weekly campaigns as soon as possible.

From week one to six, you run your weekly campaigns while your email flows get built out.

From week six onwards, your campaigns ramp up, redo active testing throughout the account and move to monthly reviews and strategy sessions, FAQs and common concerns.

Won't sending more emails annoy my customers?

This might be one of the biggest misconceptions in email marketing.

Of course if you spam the same generic sales email over and over, it's going to burn your list.

But based on our data, we find that sending more emails so long they provide more value does result in more conversions without affecting spam or unsubscribe rates.

Just take a look at this test data.

this is a welcome flow test.

In version A, we send two emails per day for the first two days, then one email per day.

In version B we only send one email per day.

You can clearly see version A yielded more revenue with little difference in unsubscribe rates.

Could this differ from brand and brand?

Yes, but we won't know until we actually test and see what's possible for you.

What's the minimum contract?

There's no minimum contract, but you have to stay at least 60 days past your onboarding date to qualify for a guarantee.

How long until I see results?

You see initial results in just 30 days, but most results come after day 60.

Hence it's also why it's part of our guarantee requirements.

How much time would this take from me?

Most clients only spend an hour a week on approvals.

We do everything for you.

You can choose to take a more hands off, a more hands on approach as you would like.

Will you keep it on brand?

Yes.

During our onboarding we get everything we need to know up front.

Like your ICP's, your brand identity and your voice and tone.

Every email is custom designed, not templated.

What if I already have someone in house?

We can work alongside an existing team or take the channel over entirely.

It depends on how you would like to work.

as for plans and pricing, so we have two main packages.

Firstly our in house install and a normal retainer for in house install, it's 18k USD for 6 months.

From months 1 to 3 we install and run everything for you.

From months 4 to 6 I fly out, hand over our systems and coach your in house team.

We also teach you how to hire, screen and train for the roles and you also get six months of tech support from me and my team after that.

Plus lifetime access to our sops trading and library of best performing emails and templates for a normal retainer that ranges from 1.5k to 5k USD.

And what's suitable for you really depends on your specific business and the size of the package.

We'll figure that out together on your discovery call.

And because we only take on clients we're confident we can get results for we offer a money back guarantee in contract and if you qualify, we also have a revenue share partnership available.

Either way, if it doesn't work, you don't pay.

All right, so if you're interested, just booking a call with me and we'll see if we're a good fit for each other.

Here's exactly what happens when you find a time advice.

Firstly, you have a discovery call.

It'll be a quick 20 to 30 minute chat to really understand your brand, your current setup, your goals and what's holding you back.

And if we think we can genuinely be getting you better results, we do a complimentary audit of your Klaviyo account to find overlooked growth options opportunities.

And then from there we'll map out a suitable strategy for your brand and give you a quote and then you can decide if you want our help.

And because of our money back guarantee, I really don't have any incentive to bring on someone I can't get results for.

I'm here to create case studies, make an impact and form meaningful partnerships.

No, I can't tell you if I don't think it would be a good fit.

I'll give you some resources and I'll point you in the correct direction to do it yourself.

But if it is the right fit, I'll offer our services and literally guarantee you results either with the money back guarantee or the revenue share partnership.

Right.

And look, we only take on two clients in a given balance to ensure a quality service.

So if you're interested, don't let someone steal your thought.

So just click the button below and book a call.

You literally have nothing to lose.

I'll, talk to you soon.

Cheers.
