How an automatic form gets sent

Hi there.

I'm just about to show you how an automatic form, gets sent.

So let's get here and create a new, form.

we can take from template and just change it.

Let's say facials and use a smiley face and set a rules.

Let's say before the appointment and, when the booking is created, select the services.

I'm going to choose facials and let's say once per client expires every six months, review and activate.

And this way, every time somebody books a face facial, the form will get sent when the booking is created.

Let's go and see.

Now, I've created this, facial appointment for this client.

And if I click on the appointment and go to forms, here's my facial forms, to be completed autosend, earlier, today in status, awaiting.
