hi there.
00:00
Today I'm going to walk you through how to use In Person Signing in Anacha.
00:05
To get started, you'll need to enable the feature, go to Settings, then add ons and select Enable underneath In Person Signing.
00:14
Once enabled, start by creating an envelope and adding your recipients.
00:18
The recipient you add here will be the person hosting the signing session.
00:23
For example, if an Advisor is hosting a signing session for a client, you'll enter the advisor's name and email as the recipient.
00:32
Next, open the Options dropdown and select Host Session.
00:36
Here you'll enter the name and email address of the person who will be signing the envelope.
00:42
We recommend enabling two factor authentication for your signers using their mobile device.
00:48
This provides an additional layer of verification and helps confirm that the person signing is actually the intended signer.
00:55
To enable this, go to Options, then select Require Two Factor Authentication.
01:01
Using our previous examples, the Advisor will receive an email to start the signing session on behalf of the client.
01:08
The client will then receive a text message containing a verification code which they'll need to enter on the Advisor's device.
01:16
Once you send the envelope, the host will receive an email to start the signing session.
01:21
When they click Review Documents, they'll be prompted to enter either a password or two factor authentication code.
01:27
If configured, they'll then be asked to confirm that the signer has access to the device and that they'll be the ones signing the envelope.
01:35
From here, the signing process works as usual.
01:38
If the signer chooses to use a pre generated font, Anna will use the signer's name rather than the host name when generating the signature.
01:46
And that's it.
01:47
Thanks for watching.
