Create the Baseline Form with Copilot 🤖

Hello.

First of all, thank you very much for downloading or requesting the baseline kit and this video I'm going to show you in a couple of seconds, in a minute or two on, how to actually create the forms with the help of Copilot.

So first of all, we go to the document that we had, right?

So this is the one that you downloaded.

it has a little bit of information on what to do.

Then the prompt and the full, yeah, questions that we have.

You can still change, any questions if needed.

let's now head immediately into form.

So what we do is we create a new form.

Here we have, we first need to refer obviously the baseline document.

So what I would suggest here is to apply, upload it into OneDrive document or a SharePoint, because then it's findable.

It's in your work IQ, so it's findable by forms.

Then what we will do is we have the document here uploaded.

So then we will copy paste the prompt.

Well, if you still need to add your company name, etcetera, you can, you can do so in the prompt, but for demo purposes I will just plug it in.

Click on go.

And now Copilot is analyzing the Word file and the prompt that we have put together with the Word file.

So now it's immediately building the prompt with everything in with, if it's multiple choice or not, which type of text files.

So everything is in for all the 21 questions.

so you can just click on keep and continue with Copilot.

and then your form is actually built.

If you still want to do some edits in the settings, you can do so here.

If you still want to reach or change the name, you can also do so add or subtract whatever questions that you need.

You can still, do that as well.

Or if you need to add some other things that you want to do, you can do so here together with Copilot, or manually by yourself.

So that's how we do it.

Keep me posted on how it's working.

Thank you very much.

Ciao.
