Hello Conversions Setup & AI Dashboard Guide 🚀

Hey there.

I'm going to record a really fast demo, both showing you what's possible, how to set up and what you can do within hello Conversions, both the conversion tracking as well as the MCP for using AI.

The first thing I want to make sure you have is that you have go high level connected into the account and and you have your meta ads connected in.

Let me show you how to do that.

The first thing you want to do is hop into integrations.

Under settings you will see sources and I want you to go in here and hit lead connector, make sure you are connected.

The second thing I want you to do is look at meta ads and I want you to make sure that you are connected into meta ads as well.

This is going to be what pulls in all of your ad spend and all of your performance metrics.

Here under objective you will see whether you can optimize for one of meta's standard objectives.

If you are a lead generation business you will go towards leads.

If you are selling something more commerce oriented you will be purchases.

You can see here this is the overall objective of why are you running meta ads?

This can always be changed in the future so don't hesitate to just go with what your gut says and then move on from there.

The second thing you're going to do is hop into destinations and this is where the real magic around what hello conversions does shows you're going to hop in and create a pixel.

I'm going to show you really fast.

If you hit add destination I'm going to go in here and select Meta conversions API and this is where you're going to set this.

You just type in hey the name of the pixel, the pixel id, your access token.

We have a how to doc and how to actually see that the website URL.

If you are health and wellness we handle that for you and then you just hit create.

This is going to be the integration into qonversions API.

Now once you do that I want you to hop into pipelines.

So pipelines is where we sync that to meta, in real time.

So as your leads come in you will be able to send these to your meta conversion pixel.

here for example is a pipeline from leads to engaged lead to booked call and you can see every single one of those events is sent to meta and we have identified a dollar amount that is there.

Or we can select the opportunity value which will pull in that Opportunity value from go high level.

Now the real magic of what we are trying to do here is make it completely agentic where you can use Claude or ChatGPT or any of your AI systems in conjunction with hello Conversions.

To do that, simply just hop down into Developer.

You're going to see MCP API keys.

This is super straightforward.

All you're going to do is hit generate key and you're going to copy this into your terminal down here.

This is where once you have this integrated, you can access any of the settings within hello Conversions as well as build any report you would like to have updated from hello Conversions data.

Now if you don't know how to do that, you're going to hop down into settings.

So click on your name or your company organization name, you're going to hop into Settings and then you are going to look down here at connectors.

Under connectors you can hit add and add a custom connector.

This is where you're going to type in hello Conversions.

You're going to drop in the MCP server URL with the key.

Alternatively you can always drop in the code that we've gave you to your terminal.

But watch our help docs on exactly how to do that.

Now if you open any chat or cloud code or cloud cowork or chatgpt doesn't matter.

Just make sure when you hit the plus you actually have the connector, connected.

So here we have hello Conversions it is on and what you can simply say is, hey, build me a dashboard for hello conversions using the connector.

And what will happen here, is something really cool is that this will actually go out and explore your GHL account and build a report.

All right, so that took a few minutes and here is exactly what that looks like.

There is an AI dummy webinar that was running.

You can see here all of the different registrations and you can see the cost per break even because of all the data that is already living inside of ghl.

You can see exactly what our costs are as well as you can see the actual understanding of who registered down here.

And you can dive into your pixel management as well as anything along those lines.

Anything that you'd have inside of hello Conversions or GHL you can access through here.

Now there you go, you can see how fast that was to set up an account connect GHL Connect in your ad account as well as be able to build a report.

We are now sending the best, highest quality conversion data to Meta.

You are now building reports in real time based off of how your business is flowing and operating and you can monitor that day in and day out.

You can have this update every single day.

so that that way when you wake up in the morning you can see a report that has real data monitors your conversions API as well as it can show you can.

It can show your cost per lead, cost per outcome decrease over time because now Meta has the best quality data and So now Meta has the best quality data and it is just up to you to drive the outcome you're hoping for.

If you have any questions at all, schedule a call or just open a support question in chat and ask our team exactly what you're looking for and we can help you get where you're trying to go.
