Introduction to Supercenter Platform 🤖

Hey, I'm Thomas and I'm one of the co founders of Supercenter.

Today I'm going to show you how the platform works and how you can best make use of it for yourself or your company.

First thing that you should know is that Supercenter is a central AI platform.

What that means is you can run all of your agents from it without having to keep your laptop open or having to create everything in different places.

It brings them with you through a central mcp.

An mcp, if you're not familiar, is just an integration.

It is sometimes known as a connector or a plugin that you can use across all AI apps, meaning you can take your company and your workflows with you across every single AI chat Everything inside the Supercenter interface is available one to one from the user interface in the mcp, meaning you can chat to control your entire Supercenter workspace.

You don't have to use point and click.

Inside of the application.

We have two primary domains.

The first is applications.

Applications allow you to connect to every single service that you use across your own work and your company.

You can even govern it with permissions through policies.

For example, you can allow or not allow Supercenter to send emails or to review certain data.

This is useful if you delegate agents on behalf of other people within your company or want to just restrict settings.

This is known as governance.

The second area is skills.

Skills are something that most people hold on their computer, inside of a GitHub repository, or in some kind of prompt, file or library.

What we've done here is created a central skill library that's available with permissions across your company so everybody can restrict access, create versions, backups, or have skills come with them across all of their harnesses.

In Playbooks, we provide default Playbooks other people have made use of.

For example, one of the most popular ones is a daily company pulse.

I advise everybody to set this up.

You can build it in the command center using chat by using this default structure.

All it does is it looks across everything that happened in your company and gives you a daily email or message in Slack on all of the updates.

Most companies take routine daily work and build agents out of it.

This is being done across finance, marketing, fund operations, research and sales.

This is the most valuable part of Supercenter.

You can create agents that work for you on a daily basis These run based on triggers or on schedules, and they're incredibly easy to build.

You can just build them using chat.

lastly, if you're advanced, you can create specific team coworkers who have Personas and who can operate and help you with a defined narrow set of tasks and access to company applications.

for example, a popular use case is taking a sales agent, giving it only access to sales tools, assigning it sales tasks, and making sure that it behaves like a colleague within the sales domain.

It's usually invited to a sales channel, and it acts like an additional member of your team.

Finally, if you're measuring AI adoption, enablement and usage across your company, you can look here on the usage page and see how adoption and usage has grown across the company.

this is important and useful when you're trying to enable more people to get comfortable using AI.
