CCS Organic VSL

In this video I'm going to show you how we help marketing agency owners scale to and past 100k a month by signing higher paying clients and systemizing their agency.

We do this over 180 days and we guarantee in that time frame that you sign at least 10 new clients.

Now look, if you're a marketing agency owner who's ultimately looking to scale to or past 100k a month, the way that you're probably thinking about doing this is signing more of the types of clients that you're already signing, right?

With their existing economics.

So that means more clients, more fulfillment, more people and ultimately and more work.

So in this video I want to challenge that concept, right?

Because the goal shouldn't be in order to get to 100k a month, you want to sign 30, 40, 50 clients at 1 1/2k retainers, 2k retainers.

The goal should be to get there with fewer higher paying clients that over the time because you've got a systemized agency and people to help with less work.

Right?

So that's what I want to challenge in this video.

So let me get into it.

So why should you believe that we could help you achieve that?

Right?

Good question.

Well, here's some screenshots of people that we've helped recently and who we've helped to increase their fees and their deal structures and sign better paying clients.

So you can see Billy, who's just recently hit as of March 2026, 104k in revenue for gross for that month, which is his best performing month.

Bodan signed two enterprise clients.

Jack collected over $16,000 in cash in 24 hours.

Jackson collected over $20,000 across four new clients, right?

Averaging 5K sign up setup, fees per client.

Let me now show you some more of these on our website.

So if you come to our website and you scroll below this video, you'll come to some other videos, right?

And you'll probably recognize some guys that are in there like Chris, how we helped him, 5x, how much he priced his services for, right?

So we went from 1.2k to 10k a month in retainers.

And then we've got a whole bunch of other screenshots all through different guys like you know, Naya that we've helped sign, firing off ground up from setup fees and job getting a 21k deal on a Tuesday.

Right?

So you can go through and, and have a look at these and see just the sheer amount of proof that we've got of helping guys actually achieve this so who is this for?

This is for lead generating marketing agencies.

What do I mean by that?

Well, if you run a paid ad agency, a cold email agency, an SEO agency called calling agency, you know, a DMs agency, a funnel agency, a V sell agency, you're essentially still running a lead generation offer, right?

And because of the, the low barrier to entry right now for, for cold email, meaning anyone can run it, lead generation offers have become commoditized, right?

You've got these B2B AI tools that allow people now to send thousands of emails every month for a couple of hundred dollars.

You've got all the coaching programs that are essentially shilling people to say, just, you know, run this lead generation offer, run a pay per call lead gen offer.

As you've got more and more and more and more people just running the same types of offers, which means that they're getting commoditized in the inbox and people are struggling to try and find a way to sign new clients.

So how do you differentiate yourself?

Right.

Well, you stop competing on the service itself and change what makes your agency actual, actually valuable.

So what do I mean?

Well, you want to sell the same skills, but to more valuable buyers, right?

You want to choose clients where one customer, one lead, one opportunity, one introduction, whatever the variance of that is, is worth inordinately more than what it would typically be, right?

You want to sell to people that make more from the efforts that you provide them and then you want to make the work easier to deliver.

What do I mean?

So you want to standardize the work, right?

So that clients all follow the same type of process.

Now a lot of people that I speak to will say, but Sean, we've got systemized, we've got systems.

You, we use ClickUp or we use Asana and we've got Clay and we use Claude Code.

But what they don't have is a standardized systemized process that they can see from, from entry to exit that a client goes through and that is repeatable for someone else to be able to do on their behalf to allow them to start getting out of the business.

Right?

Meaning everything relies on them.

So ultimately what you want is more money from fewer clients with less time spent in the day to day.

Right?

So who am I?

First of all, for those who don't know, I'm Sean Longdon and I've generated personally over 15 million in revenue across all our, businesses since around 2020.

And here's a quick screenshot showing that we've helped over 1500 marketing agency owners, specifically since 2021.

Right.

And this was taken as of Today, the Friday, the 18th of September is the date of recording.

So let me know if some of these sound familiar.

Right, so you currently offer free leads or free work because you're worried you won't book calls if you don'.

So if you're running paid ads, you might be offering free static images.

If you run an SEO, you might be offering an audit.

If you're running cold email, everyone's offering free, free leads or three free campaigns to get people started, right?

Or you've tried charging more, but then change the deal just to get someone to sign because they didn't see the value or they didn't want to sign at that new price, or you need cash, right?

So you take clients that you're not sure you can actually get results for, but you take them on anyway.

You charge too little to do the work properly, meaning that if you could charge a bit more, you could improve the actual results that you get for clients.

But clients don't appreciate the value and don't then pay for the, for the increase price, the increased price.

Every new client needs custom work, right?

That you have to figure out, again, meaning there's not one specific standardized process.

A quick example I like to use is I, I often use an analogy for, for.

If you were to selling sneakers, right, or in the uk as we call them, trainers in a factory, what you wouldn't do, which is what most marketing agency owners now do, is create customized sneakers for every single customer.

No, you'd create one model with different shoe sizes and that would just go through the factory and that would just be super specific and every point would be standardized and be processed for it.

Right.

A lot of guys are doing custom work.

you're using AI tools and have tried to hire people, but your processes still rely heavily on you, meaning that you're the bottleneck, therefore you're stuck in fulfillment.

And you try, you think, okay, I just need to sign a few more clients and I'll be able to get out of this or hire more help.

But those same clients actually make it worse because they're not the clients that are actually going to allow you to charge more and get out the.

Get out the fulfillment.

Right?

Our prospects say they're interested in the delay.

I mean, I can let you pause these and go through these, but I'm sure you'll resonate with that with at least a few of them.

I certainly did when I first started.

So the old way of doing things is, and I call this the freelancer loop, which is you need cash.

You offer free work to win clients.

You take on a low paying client or a client that you know you could, you know, you're not charging as much as you would want to.

You stop outreach to do the work or you stop, you stop your sales acquisition process to do the work.

You lose a client, a client turns, then you rush to replace them.

You need cash and it's just a constant cycle, right?

And again, it's the same old adage of a few more clients and then I'll figure this out or then I'll get help, right?

And that doesn't happen.

And the clients that you need to move away from are the ones that you're actually relying on, to pay the bills, right?

And you're stuck in, in and I've been there, you're stuck in a survival mode.

So what's the new way?

Right, the new way is you want to sign higher value cl, meaning clients who get more from the work that you deliver with higher fees and have systems do the work, right?

So you want higher paying clients so you can sell to people who, who make far more from each new client or lead or opportunity that you generate with higher upfront fees so that you can cover months worth of fulfillment, improve the delivery and actually pay for help to improve the results.

One systemized scope that I've spoken to using like the sneaker analogy, right?

Every client gets a very similar set of, of work and you've got a superset process that walks that.

And then most of the systems do the work, right?

Meaning that at this day and age we can have AI.

You can have like Rockbot Manage, you know, the, the replies.

You've, you've got lots of functions that AI can now do which otherwise they wouldn't have been able to do previously, right?

Which means then you want more money from fewer clients with less time spent on delivery.

That's the new way.

That's if you want to scale to 100k a month and passed it, that's how you should be doing it.

You don't want to be enslaved or create, create a prism where you're having to do more and more work with people that don't appreciate it.

So no doubt you've already tried to solve for this, right?

And I'm going to list through some of the things that I think you've probably tried and why it failed.

So you probably tried to raise your prices, but your clients couldn't make enough money from what your service delivered to be able to justify it.

You probably tried to go up market, right?

But you just don't have the proof or the offer that a bigger buyer expects.

Or you might feel that you need to give them more, right?

If you're going to go up market, you might feel like you need to sell more to them or provide more services.

You try to repackage your offer, but you don't know what to repackage it to because you don't necessarily know what works.

You try to use Claude and Clay and all different types of automations, but the work still depends on you and your, your knowledge, right?

Meaning that's the bottleneck.

You try to hire someone to run it, maybe even, even just a va.

But because the list, the systems live in your head, often it's very difficult to take the time aside, get out of fulfillment, map the systems, map the training, map the processes.

And often people think experience.

It's like I'll just continue to do this myself, right?

And it just makes things worse and then again test a better market.

But then the current clients pull you back in, into fulfillment and you end up just going back to the things that you know.

And to sign these marketing agencies between one and 20 employees because they're the ones that reply easily enough and you need the cash.

So what I want to do here is I want to walk you through some actual economics.

So here's, here's a calculator that I've created and we use for, for some of the guys in the program to help, right?

And it's can your agency scale to 100k a month essentially, right.

But what I want walk you through is the typical economics that people have of a deal structure and you'll, you'll see exactly the inputs I use and you'll probably agree they look like average inputs.

And I'll show you the output and the consequence of, of what that actually looks like and how it's detrimental to, to you being able to actually scale, right?

So if we, if we look at this and we were to say that the average marketing agency would have maybe five clients on their books.

Let's say they, they charge a retainer.

Let's say on average they charge, let's do 3,000, right?

Let's say the average marketing agency, which I think you would agree would charge 3,000amonth retainer, whether it's SEO services, paid ad services outside of ad budget and so on, they would charge it monthly up front.

They wouldn't charge a one time fee.

Typically the average cost to deliver for a client, let's say is 500.

Average client stays around five months.

They probably work around six hours per week for the client and maybe work 45 hours per week total.

They probably book around 10 calls a month for themselves.

Show up rate around 80%.

Close around 10.

Cost per booked call on average is about 150.

Okay.

Calls they would book for a client.

Let's make the maths easy and do 10.

Let's say the client's close rate is, is 10 as well.

Which you'll see why this is why this is valuable in a second.

And let's just assume average that the clients, yeah, let's be generous.

Let's assume that the client's lifetime value per customer is 15,000.

Okay, so here are the numbers, right?

Based on this average marketing agency, you can see the monthly revenue is around 15,000amonth.

They've got five active clients.

They're working 45 hours a week and they're booking 10 calls a month for their own offer.

In order to get to a hundred thousand, 100k a month, they need 29 more clients.

So they would need to have 34 active clients.

They would need to work 219 hours per week.

Based on everything as it currently is in terms of the current economics, which means 174 more hours per week and they would need to book 75 more calls per month.

Right.

For a short period of time to be able to achieve that.

This is the important bit that I really want you to take the time to look through and to understand if you don't already, right?

Because this is, this is by far and beyond.

Even the agency owners who are doing 10 million plus that I speak to often just don't focus on these numbers.

Right?

And it's absolutely crucial.

So based on these average economics, the unit economics are around two and a half thousand a month in gross profit per client, right?

Total monthly gross profit across the five clients is 12 and a half thousand a month.

The CAC.

So the cost to acquire a customer based on the $150 a call is $1,875.

Now a lot of people think that their CAC is very small.

The average cost to acquire a customer for a marketing agency doing cold email will be about $1,500.

The lifetime gross profit meantime, meaning the gross profit after for the lifetime duration for which the client stays with them is 12,500.

LTV is 15,000 meaning how much they Earn from a client and then the clash collect.

The cash collected up front is 3,000, which is just the month's 1 retainer, right?

Which means the lifetime profit after delivery and acquisition is $10,625.

So meaning all the work that they've done across the five months, if on average that this day they get $10,625.

Now I think some of you watching this might be like, well, I don't charge 3,000amonth retainer or I don't do that.

I think a lot of guys perhaps will be looking at maybe to get enough, 1500amonth, maybe 2 grand a month from clients.

Especially if you do pay per call or pay per performance, right?

But even you can see, even after five months doing all that work for $10,625, it's not much for the sheer amount of work that's being done, right?

And if you then look at how this scales, based on those unit economics, you can see the client flow, right?

So based on these economics, which again are average, they're signing 0.8 clients a month, right?

They're losing one client a month because they're five clients over the five month average lifetime, which means their net ultimate growth is losing 0.02 clients per month, right?

Which means in six months time their revenue will drop to around 12,786amonth if they do nothing else, right?

So they're actively losing money on a month by month basis on these average economics, if nothing changes, right?

And so now if you look at what, what they do is what it's worth to a client, you can see, you can see the difference, right?

So if you run the numbers so you can get the, if you get the client 10 calls, let's say through your ads, through your SEO, through your cold email, and they have the 10 clause, right?

Just to make the math super easy for me, they would sign one new client a month, right?

From your efforts.

If the sales cycle was 30 days in the perfect world, right?

They'd sign one new client a month.

The expected value of one booked call would be 1500 dollars because that would be the 15,000 LTV times by the 10% close rate, right?

The revenue those customers could bring in the one customer would be the 15,000 LTV.

Take away your fee, the 3,000amonth.

That means they're earning 5x your fee, right?

So meaning they're getting a 5x return based on your fee.

But in the normal world, the average world, people don't Have a great close rate, sales cycles are longer.

So what, what actually happens in these instances?

Well, you're actually charging a fee where your, your client isn't able to earn enough money to be able to justify that fee, right?

So if we come back here and just change, you know, just Change this from 15,000 to keep everything else the same and Change that from 15,000 to 50,000, you can now see the difference insofar as you would be, you'd be providing them with a return of at least 16x based on your fee, meaning that you could go, you know, three, four, five, six months, charging them the three grand a month then knowing that just signing one client from your efforts nets them the 50,000 in lifetime revenue, right?

So I wanted to make this abundantly clear because changing nothing else other than the value from which your client get from your, from your work can just dramatically increase not only your churn, but how much then you can charge, and how you can deliver for that client.

So what's actually the solution?

Right, the solution is you first need to make your agency require less time from you, right?

And then you need to change who you sell to and what they pay.

So you need to get out of survival mode, as I mentioned, right, which we do through installing the closing client system by standardizing the film fulfillment, automating the repeatable work with AI, making the process transferable so you can hire a VA to help and so on.

Then we use our CCS current client deal upgrade, right?

Which helps you define a clearer scope scope, reposition your existing offer for your existing clients to try and upsell them and then look to ultimately change the economics so you can move into higher paying clients so you can reposition the value of your existing skills, build the credibility with better buyers and then use our CCS sales process and, and high value deal framework to be able to sign those new clients far more easily, right?

So here's what we install in the first two weeks of the closing client system to help you achieve this, right?

We audit your current agency.

We find where you're the bottleneck, right?

Where you're the constraint, doing all the work inside the agency.

We remove unnecessary customized custom work.

We standardize the scope.

As I spoke to using the sneaker analogy, we install our AI workflows, right?

So it's proven AI system using the tools that you already have.

We standardize the key processes, the campaigns, the onboarding, the replies, the quality assurance, everything else.

We set clear quality rules so we know exactly what good looks like and how it must be obtained and then we make it transferable, meaning that you can hire a VA or you can bring in a go to market expert, if that makes sense for you at the time, to be able to take over the work to allow you then to free up the time to get out of survival mode and to help you get and reposition the value and the deliverables that you provide to sign those higher paying clients.

Right?

So at the end of week two, you'd have a repositioned agency, meaning that you can run the business in less time and it could be handed off to someone else, should that make sense for you?

Right.

But for the rest of the 180 days, we help you sell to clients who can actually afford to pay you more.

Right?

So we get you out of survival mode, use the time that we freed up to help you then change the buyer, the offer, the deal structure and the sales process to sign these better deals.

So we want to help you choose better buyers, reposition your offer, change your deal structure completely to maximize your ltv and then to install our proven sales process that is proven to get these types of clients to actually buy.

Right?

So we help you choose the buyer, change the offer, and the deal structure and install the process.

So here's exactly what we install, build and give you, right?

So this is the agency system.

So you'll see that you've got AI research and delivery data delivery tool.

So we've got AI market researcher and campaign planner, cold traffic offer creator for you and your clients if you need to create cold traffic offers for them.

Full email sequences written for you from all, our 28 proven frameworks.

A company and buyer search is built for you.

368 lead sources already connected for you.

Meaning that if whatever lead you need to scrape, we'd tell you exactly where to scrape it from, an AI will help pull that for you.

Lead list cleaned and formatted, right?

You can pause this and go through all the deliverables, but it's absolutely everything that you need to be able to standardize and systemize your existing process.

So after that, exactly what we install, build and give you, right?

What do we give you then in terms of helping you going up market and charging more.

So we help you find buyers whose customers spend more, right.

Meaning that they generate more money from their own clients.

We rework your offer for those buyers, right.

And helping you find those niches and those markets, that are actually actively going to, gonna pay more for your services or just by helping you Go increase the avatar of your existing niche.

A lot of people think okay, well I can only really target 1 to 50 employee companies or I can only target up to 10 million.

That's absolutely, absolutely not the case.

And we give you our set frameworks to go above that and to increase the avatar.

we upgrade your current client deals where it fits.

Meaning we help you upsell to existing clients.

We give you our VSL framework to help make sure you can sell the, the offer pre, the pre call.

We give you our thank you pre call and post call page frameworks for your VSLs.

We help you use our AI tools to actually create these pages.

Use AI which you, which you'll see from watching this video, which actually edited this video and made the animations.

So we're giving you absolutely everything that you will need to be able to be in a position to confidently sell this increased, to sell to these higher paying clients, right?

And ultimately during that time you're going to get three live calls a week with campaign reviews, sales trainings, Q&As, everything that you need.

180 days of Slack support, one on one with me, Matt and other coaches within the group.

We help write your sales scripts and follow up emails, we'll do sales call feedback, we'll write your code emails and do reviews for you.

So you're getting absolutely everything, right?

So you're getting 180 days of support.

You're getting all this, you're getting direct access in Slack.

You're getting three calls a week, you're getting help from other coaches, help from the guys in the chat.

You're getting everything you need and all our systems and all our processes.

And this is us building this with you, right?

This is not just you being chucked into a course and saying watch this stuff and build this out.

We're actively building this with you.

So here's what your agency looks like with the closing client system in place, right?

You, you buyers see that you're worth more, right?

So you're positioning your offer and your sales process show what sets you apart and why your work is actually worth a higher fee.

You get more money from fewer clients.

It's enough money to actually pay for help, right?

Meaning you're getting onboarding fees.

You might be taking the back end percentage revenue share as well.

So you can hire the people that you need to to help get better results on the front end.

Maybe that's just spending more on ad creatives or maybe that's buying more inboxes or buying pre warmed inboxes so you can get results fast and make a good impression.

Right.

We help you run it in less time and hand it over when you're ready.

Meaning that we can run your existing client, your existing system in less time.

And when you're ready to, you can bring on a go to market expert, you can bring on the VAs or you can bring on the support because they'll have the SLPs, the documentation, the workflow, everything they need to know exactly how to run your system.

Right.

Because it's our system that we've installed and built everything for.

You can say no to the wrong clients, which will feel amazing when you get to the point, right where you would have typically had to say yes and you know exactly what to fix next, right?

Meaning that you have a clear pathway of knowing what you need to work on, what the constraints are, what the bottlenecks are and what you need to fix.

So who's the closing client system built for?

Right, it's built for established agencies.

It's not built for people who have just recently started a marketing agency and who haven't been able to get results for clients.

So I would suggest that you apply if you've already, if you already have paying clients clients, the work still depends too much on you.

You want clients to pay you more and you've struggled to be able to get them to do that.

You're willing to change who you sell to or how you sell, right?

And just use our frameworks and you're ready to follow one clear process, right?

And if you are, then I'll suggest that you click the link and reply and we'll review your agency, your clients and your numbers before deciding if, if causing clients system is a fit.

So if you want to review that, if you want to see if we are a fit for you, you click the link below this video, click apply, answer a few questions and then you book a call and I'll hopefully speak to you soon.
