How to Retranscribe Calls and Update Summaries 📝

Do you also want to give your call transcript another shot?

With Aira Notetaker you can easily re transcribe a recording whenever you want with a different transcription.

To review a transcript, open the transcribe call from the candidate contact or company profile or find it in your Note Taker meeting list.

From here Click on the Aira Note Taker tab on the left side here and click on Meetings.

On the Call Details page, head to the transcript that you want to retranscribe, click on the Call Details and click on the three dot menu.

The same menu where you will find the download option as well.

Select Retranscribe and Recruiter Flow will process the recording again using your current Note Taker language setting.

For example, the call was multilingual for you.

Make sure that you have selected the right language before you retranscribe.

I will quickly show you how you can check your settings as well.

You can simply click on Aira Notetaker tab on the left panel here, click on Settings, scroll down and see your transcript language.

You can choose the language that you want here before you retranscribe.

Coming back to our call transcription now you don't need admin access to transcribe a call.

Anyone who can view the transcript can easily retranscribe the call for you.

Just one quick thing to keep in mind.

Retranscribing replaces the existing transcript and the entire summary.

So the previous version is not going to be available once the new version is generated.

But what if your transcript is already good and you simply want a different kind of summary?

That's easy too.

Just open the summary template here from the drop down.

Choose the template that you need and you are all set.

say I want to see a 360 candidate summary.

It just takes a few seconds to load and and also in this case there's no need to retranscribe the entire recording.

You can just simply change the summary format.

so if you want to give the transcription another go, use retranscribe from the 3dot menu here.

And if you're happy with the transcript but want a different summary, simply switch the summary template.

That's all.

AIRA gives you the flexibility to get the transcript and summary in the format that works best for you.
