30-Day Idea Sprint Workspace Walk Through

I am going to walk you through a Sprint workspace for a current client.

So on your left in your dashboard you'll see your overview section.

So the overview of the Sprint, what your Sprint plan is by suggested timing.

So week one, week two, week three, week four and also the pre Sprint.

So before the actual Sprint starts then you will see a summary of your milestones.

This one is just getting started.

So we are in the middle of working through some milestones now.

You will have access to your Sprint call calendar.

So all of these are on our client's calendar.

But they can see like when it is to just a high level view.

Then the launch budget, the overall all the things that could be involved in the launch is here.

Then in the Sprint workspace section are all the tasks.

And up here whatever the client tasks are, whatever my tasks are and then our tasks together.

Because in your Sprint, depending on which one you choose, there will be some things that you do alone and then some things that I do alone and then a lot of things that we do together.

You also have questions.

So you'll either put answers to your questions in here or in a Google Doc, whichever is easier for you.

But these are answers to questions that will help inform what we're building throughout the Sprint.

And then once things come up for you to review and approve, they will pop into this section.

There's a files library that houses all the different things that we're using together.

And then as we work together there will be decisions that pop up, discoveries that we want to document.

That's what this is for.

Okay, so this is your Sprint workspace.

We are actually in the middle of creating our own software for this.

So once that's ready, this will move into there.

But this just gives you a great overview of what to expect and for your particular Sprint.

All of these steps will be also filled in by week with an owner.

The status, what phase, what is a deliverable for each step, what are your build questions and every other little nitty gritty detail that you might want.
