Managing Candidate Stages and Scorecards 📋

Here's how you move a candidate stage.

Check their job specific fields and pull up their scorecard, all from one job entry.

Depending on your layout and customization, you may see Jobs card here on the left side, the right side, or also in the middle column.

For me it's on the left side.

With the new profile layout, you may see options such as Scorecard, Job Candidate Field Stage movement directly here.

If you click on Scorecard, you can access the candidate scorecard directly.

Depending upon your profile layout, the scorecard may be visible directly in this section or also available inside the Options menu.

Next Job Candidates Fields these are the fields that you create specifically for particular jobs.

For example, you might want to capture a candidate's target compensation for a specific, specific role here.

Please note that these fields are job specific, so the information that you add here applies to only this particular job.

Let me give you an example.

For example, if I open job candidate fields for Chief Revenue Officer role, you see different information here.

That's the key difference.

Job candidate fields are specific to each jobs Moving Ahead Stage Movements this particular feature lets you see the history of candidates movement throughout the hiring process.

For example, if I move this candidate from client submission to let's say client interview and then I click on stage movements, you will be able to see the history of all the stages that have moved for this candidate.

This gives you a quick view of how the candidate has progressed through the hiring process.

And that's it.

Once you know where these options are, managing your job is very, very straightforward.
