How to Manage Candidate Files and Resumes 📄

Here's how you find any file on a candidate's profile, switch its category or turn it into a formatted resume.

Depending on your layout and customization, you may see files on the left side or on the right side or in another column.

So based wherever they are in your layout, managing files has now become very simple.

Firstly, you can expand your file view like this.

By default the file card shows whichever category matters most.

You can see the resume here first and then you see the COVID letter and the auto generated resume.

Now if you want to see a different category, use the drop down like this to see every file in that category.

To change the file category, click on the three dot menu and select Change category from here.

To create a formatted resume, you click here Again you click on Create formatted resume and here's how you can do it.

That's it.

You view, re, categorize or generate a Resume all from13dot menu.

One important thing to remember the location of files is customizable based on your profile layout and preferences.

So it might appear in a different column for you and that's it.
