I wanted to introduce you to Concordia and its features properly.

I didn't want you leaving things up to guesswork.

And so I'll take you through our app today.

Now, this app is proprietary software to ours.

we have fully custom built this app ourselves actually.

and every part of it is tweaked and changed literally week on week to make the experience better for you guys as members.

So one of the most important things for us is to keep you connected as much as possible.

So this is a profile here that you would be AI suggested at the start of the day.

We'd have everything that they do, what they do, where to introduce yourself on WhatsApp.

Why in particular you've been suggesting this person Michael's have to help with operations right up the street.

So he's clearly hiring.

and then you have members near you.

So I'm in Dubai right now, a bit of a hub for us.

That's the whole point of this list.

If you're from some far flung country, it doesn't matter because people will still visit your city.

Which means that for example, it will come up and say, instead of, let's say there's, let's say there's no one who lives in your city.

It will come up with people who frequently visit your city.

and worst case scenario, it will come up with people who are in cities that you frequently visit.

Okay.

So there's the ultimatum that there will always be something here or should always be something here.

Unless you live, in Helsinki and you never leave and you're boring.

Which in, in that case, I don't know why you would join something like this.

Everything built in this app is designed to bring you closer together to the other members.

and it works very clever or very cleverly behind the scenes to make sure that that happens literally on a daily basis.

and we budget and then we will tell you guys what the trip is and then obviously we, yeah, wait for people to sign up and go from there.

try and run a trip once per month, once every other month.

It's really the appetite of the network in which we listen and follow on from there.

As much as I'd love to go do the Scotland 500 with him, maybe, next year then we have travel buddies.

So when you look at these prices, these are quite steep actually, to be honest.

The ski trip, of course, is going to be expensive.

It always is.

We go to Courchevel, we get a huge ski chalet, South Africa again, we have one of the biggest villas in Camps Bay.

It's going to be an expensive trip.

and then Mexico City, F1.

I mean, go figure, there will be a trip in between this as well.

We just haven't asked the guys what they want to do just yet.

Could be a black tie party, gala, whatever.

Near London, maybe in a castle.

Knows be something around there.

But we always go to the group and ask what you guys want to do.

we don't just impression it on you.

We've had a lot of requests from these trips, hence that's why, by the way, this Egypt, Red Sea experience, we go to five different locations, internal flight included, all food and drink included.

And then it's either going to bring you to a landing page or a page like this.

Okay, so this is what is going to happen every single day.

You're going to be like diving with sharks, all this kind of stuff.

Giza Pyramid, Sharm El Sheikh, Ras Mohammed Yacht day Dahar, Blue Lagoon and then departure from Cairo.

If you want a more fun trip and you're a bit more of a boozy person, this trip was a bit boozy, to be honest.

There's not much else you can do on a yacht.

and then if you want one that is more work focused and where you get to understand the kind of caliber of people that are coming on the trips, maybe watch the Cape Town one.

that's kind of a good summary of the things that we do.

Keep your eyes filled for anything else that we're launching.
