Cook AI Platform Walkthrough 🖥️

Hello, I'm Austin, the founding engineer here at Cook AI and I want to show you a brief walkthrough of everything that we're building here.

So today is August 28th and these are the various features that we've built into Cook.

so this is the homepage where you start doing whatever you need to do for your business.

you can see there's three different tabs here.

This is the chats and then we have the routines and then we'll have the performance here, So this is just all the different metrics that you have for the business and then the routines.

This is going to be what your agents are doing on a day to day basis.

so for us it's going to be call reviews.

In fact one's running right now, probably looking at a sales call.

we have Client Activity Digest, we have Brain Digest.

All those really mean are managing the knowledge base, doing any kind of work that needs to be done on a daily basis.

This is where it's going to happen.

So you can come in here and check in on the workflow.

We have a review a recorded call node already so you don't have to like make it up.

You can just slot that in there and then it's done.

for the most part these workflows are going to be generated with AI and tested with AI as well.

As you can see there's a test here and you can run it and yeah, you can test it out and AI can also test it out for you.

We've got a couple like presets as well as if you're starting in this application you'll be able to have some of these as just preset on your workspace so that you can try it out and see what it's like.

So this is a daily real ideas, routine and so this has an AI task.

You can see that this is our YouTube channel, our Instagram channel.

And then finding different types of things that fit our niche.

And if we go over here to the channels, we go to marketing, we made it, you know, post to marketing.

But you could see that in our workspace these are the kind of videos that are getting pumped out for, for us as video ideas for our business.

Right.

So that's how you can leverage routines on how to do work daily with agents.

And next I should probably go over the chat.

So the chat is pretty Simple.

It's kind of like ChatGPT, you know, any kind of AI chat.

I won't go too into depth here.

The one thing that is worth going over is number one, it can do multiple languages, right?

So this is Korean, this is Spanish and there's a couple of settings here that you probably want to keep in mind.

So you can choose various different models here.

GPT 5.6 Luna is what we recommend.

but you can of course try these other ones.

and then there's the cloud browser, which you can use to basically do Grokbot stuff.

give your agent a browser.

So you can you know, go to McDonald's, price, browse the prices, whatever you want to do.

you can use it for work stuff, non work stuff doesn't really matter.

Right.

But what's going to happen is there's a computer panel up here which is going to spawn a little browser window here and then you're going to be able to that, take over that if you need to log in for something and just use that to accomplish whatever objectives you have for your agents here.

So yeah, that's the chat.

Let's go over the channels.

So by default each department is going to have its own channel and the way Cook 4 is built is, it's built with these channels in mind.

So we've got the chief of staff which is sort of going to take care of various things with our business.

So for example, taking a look at all the internal calls that have been recorded, we got the research channel here our agents are researching various things for either our clients or for you know, new markets, whatever.

It seems to be sales, pretty self explanatory going to be sales calls, the outcomes of those sales calls as well as graded scores for the sales calls.

and so yeah you can see this, this one has a score of 39 out of 100.

don't have to read into that too much but it's just like can we get a baseline and use you know, whatever sales system you, you want to use and grade your sales calls against that so you can get you know, the metrics that you care about.

So yeah, I won't go over every department here but that's how it is.

And next we have other channels like you know, ads or Sandbox.

These are probably utilized less.

But one thing that is important to talk about is the fact that you can actually Sync channels, here.

So, if you want to connect your channel, you can connect it here.

And you know, UI is not perfect yet, but, you can see I'm an approved person.

It's Slack connected to our Slack and everything here.

And you know, we've got some like, reports that pop in here daily.

So, that's the channels.

It's a place where you can, you know, sync information if you need to.

but I would say this is not the most used thing.

after that let's take a look at the clients.

So clients, this is going to have all of your sort of CRM stuff.

for us it's going to have like our offer.

This is going to be the main offer that's important when you set it for your clients.

And the way you're going to set that is either through the chat or going over to the drive.

So let's talk about the drive.

The drive here holds all of your files.

So it's got all your skills here, like all the skills that we use in our workspace, as well as our clients.

So ourself.

And then if we take a look at our offer md, that is going to be our offer.

and we also have a custom dashboard.

this dashboard that we have here is actually a custom dashboard that you can modify and build.

but we won't go into detail there.

There's a couple other things we should go through, which is the funnels.

So here are the funnels.

This is a funnel that we have here.

And what you can do is take a look at various things, like just the overview.

This has the domain and the launch.

You can set up various different things.

This is pretty much like lovable or other places that you've you know, launched funnels.

You can see you connect your ad metrics and ad spend and everything you, if you want to do that and then see the contacts history, you can edit the page.

There's various things that you could do.

It's just a funnel builder, nothing too crazy.

but if you want to, you know, use AI for it, then you can just open the AI thing then, and then pop it in.

so yeah, that's the funnels page.

We have a bunch of presets on here as well.

if you want to like, you know, use some of these, which are pretty much just like cloned from, from the best, people that we've seen.

So yeah, that's the funnels page.

And then lastly, let's go through the feed.

All right, so this is the feed page and this is an example of a report that's in the feedback.

so this is just a good place to see the report, look at the information, see if there's anything that stands out or that you want to change and then you can pop a comment in here and it'll start working on that.

but yeah, this is just an overview of like the documents and things that are happening inside of your workspace.

So the agents will automatically post them here.

and this is just a good place where you can just sift through that information quickly without having to worry about it.

This works a lot better on the phone to be honest, because we're all used to like doom scrolling.

but it was made with the intention of let's make this information easy to consume.

So here's an example of some ads that we're doing for a client.

And yeah we had some feedback and it was really easy just to go through the Cook 4 platform here and then you know, tune in the ads how we need for the client's needs.

And yeah, there's a bunch of, you know, reports and stuff here, but it's just a nice place to organize everything for us and have our agents readily available to like access all that stuff.

So yeah, that is pretty much it.

there's you know, a bunch of other things we can talk about like the settings and the integrations.

I'll just briefly cover the settings.

You can go to the developer and connect Cook to Claude or other AI apps.

And you can use the MCP there.

You can also make API keys and webhooks if you need to do something special.

but probably won't talk about that right now.

there's a bunch of other stuff on here, but most importantly here you can add people to your workspace and just invite them.
