Getting Started with Magic Post 🚀

Hi.

In this video, I'm going to be explaining Magic Post and all of its features to you.

So, starting off with what is Magic Post?

Magic Post is your all in one LinkedIn solution that helps you find ideas, generate content, schedule your content, track your metrics and analytics.

In addition to that, you can also find inspiration, generate your own media, track your metrics, engage right from Magic Post, and even track all of your leads, all from one platform.

The first thing I want to note is that Magic Post is 100% safe as we work through LinkedIn's official API operator.

So when you connect your LinkedIn to Magic Post, it's going to take into account your tone of voice, your style of writing to generate content that sounds most like you.

There's a few housekeeping things to do.

First, when you connect your account, that's going to be to go to Settings and ensure that your LinkedIn is in fact connected.

Once that looks good, you're going to go back down to Settings and go to the knowledge base.

Like I mentioned, Magic Post takes into account your style of writing and your tone of voice.

But this section here is just going to give a little more context to the AI.

When you're ready to start generating content, you're going to go up to this Create section and go to New Post.

This is going to bring you to our generator.

There's three different ways in which you can generate posts, either via generator, via the chat, or even just the editor.

All of these versions are, to help you save time in creating your content.

MagicPosts will help you to generate hooks that are specific to you, to your audience, and your tone of voice.

If you need help finding ideas, our idea section is a great spot to start where you can generate them via topic file, URL, Persona and your past posts.

If you're looking for inspiration, where you kind of want to see what's trending, what people are Talking about on LinkedIn to find your certain niche, no worries.

The inspiration section is going to be great for that.

From here, you can do a myriad of things.

There's a separate video going in depth on this feature itself.

Moving on now to the management section of your Magic Post account.

We're going to have your posts, the media and the calendar feature.

So the post section is where you're going to have kind of a nice historic of all of the drafts, the scheduled and the published posts that you have created.

By clicking into any of these, you can continue the editing process.

By clicking here, you're able to detect your AI score.

This will show you what phrases within your post are flagged as AI, where you can then go in and make sure that they are all fixed so your content sounds the most authentically like you as possible.

the post section, you can also generate labels.

We of course have the four post types that we mentioned at the beginning, but you can also generate your own just to help your calendar stay a little bit more color coordinated and organized.

In our media section here, this is where you're able to have a library of all the AI photos that you have generated and visuals and even carousels as well.

All that you can generate right through Magic Post.

Our calendar feature, of course, is going to be really handy.

So you can see when you're posting what's going out and when You're also able to click into past posts where you get a brief snapshot of how they performed.

When you click into a day, there's a few different things that you can do.

You can create a post right from here.

You can schedule one of your drafted posts or you can even insert an idea.

This way you're staying organized and you're never missing an opportunity to post.

And finally, we're going to go down into the monitor features here with the metrics, engagements and the leads.

The metrics is going to be a great in depth area where you are able to track and analyze everything that's going on on your LinkedIn account.

It's important to note that Magic Post takes into account all of your LinkedIn history.

So not just posts that have been developed and made through Magic Post, You're going to have some great information on your post analytics, your best performing posts and some additional statistics.

in the post section.

It's going to be kind of like a master sheet overview of all of your posts, how they've performed, where you can easily click in, see their performance and even reuse posts.

Our audience section now gives you great in depth information on who is really visiting your profile.

This will give you some nice statistics and data so you know who you should be talking to in your audience.

The benchmarks is going to be a great place for you to follow your progression over time on LinkedIn.

And of course going back into the reporting.

All of this is downloadable as a white labeled report in our engagement feature.

This is where you're able to generate, specific lists for specific people.

This could be clients, this could be prospective clients, competitors, top voices, anything you'd like.

You can create as many lists as you want with up to 50 people per list.

But this allows you to engage very intentionally on LinkedIn.

So you're kind of getting rid of all of the white noise that you might see on LinkedIn.

You can of course track your weekly or daily goals right from here, move between the different lists and in settings.

You can also hide the posts that you've already commented and liked on.

we also have this reply section.

This really allows you to reply to all comments that are coming in on your own post.

So you really never even have to go onto LinkedIn.

You can generate content, get it scheduled and handle all the engagement right from Magic Post.

And finally we have our leads feature here where you are able to create three in depth ICPs, detect those leads from all of your posts and have a great master sheet of knowing who you can reach out to as a warm lead.

You can also connect this feature to a bunch of different CRM tools that you would like webhook, Lemlist, HubSpot, and pipedrive.

aren't.

Magic Post is great for solo creators as they're trying to stay consistent on LinkedIn, but we also offer an agency and a team plan.

The agency plan is going to be great if you're handling multi accounts where you're writing content for other people, you're ghostwriting or you have a ghostwriting agency.

The other great way is the team plan.

This is if you're looking to boost employee advocacy.

If you're looking for your company, to stay a little bit more visible because when your team posts, your company stays visible.
