Client Validation and Calendar Sharing in Magic Post 📅

In this video I'm going to be going over client validation and calendar share link through Magic Post's agency plan for all of your clients.

All right, so starting off in your agency dashboard here like I mentioned in a previous video, but if you just click on the three dots on the side, you are able to see if the approval mode is toggled on for your clients.

When you're ready to start generating posts and sharing that calendar link with them, all you're going to do is go into one of your clients accounts on the left hand side.

When you're ready to start sharing that calendar link for them, you're going to go down to Calendar.

This is where you get a nice overview of all the posts that you've generated for your client.

By clicking into any of those posts you get a quick snapshot of its performance, which is kind of handy just to have.

And here you can see that we have a few gray posts.

I'm going to show you exactly what that looks like from your client side.

So when you're ready to share that calendar with them, all you're going to do is click the share button.

You'll see that there are two different links.

So there is the approval link and the editing link.

The approval link is exactly what it sounds like.

It allows for your client to easily just approve for those posts that you have generated.

The editing link allows your client to actually go in and change the text.

They can add their own media, they can change the date of their post.

They can also add in their own ideas into the calendar feature.

All right, so this is going to be the exact view that your client is able to see.

It's going to have their name, it's going to have your agency and how many posts they have left to approve.

The other cool thing is that it's the same exact view as your own, where they can go in, click, see the performance of their posts.

here you'll see we have these four great posts that need approving.

What your client can easily do is just click into it.

They can read through the post there's something that they think they want to highlight or change or leave a comment on, they're easily able to do so.

Your client can also leave comments in the discussion section if there is something from the broader sense of the post they want to tweak.

if everything looks good for your client, all they're going to do is click this approved on.

You'll see the post went from gray to green.

This means it's ready to go live in.

It's important to note that if your client does not approve a post when it's meant to go out, the post will not go live.

You have a little bit of a safety net here and in addition to that, your client will receive an email one hour before the post is scheduled to go live, just reminding them, hey, you have a post that's supposed to go out.

Did you want to validate it again?

This makes it a little bit easier on your end so you're not having to chase after your clients, to ask if they validated their posts to ensure that those posts do go live.

You can also easily navigate the notification center for your agency, right through your share link here, where you're able to toggle on or off if you want to receive emails from your end when a post is approved or when a comment is made by your client, and vice versa.

On the external side, you're able to decide if your client receives an email when there is a pending approval post, or when you have responded to one of their comments.
