Hi, my name is Justin.

I own a recruiting firm called Orion Placement.

And we've been working with Iron Peak and Charlie since July 1st.

It's currently August 25th.

and I highly recommend working with him if you want leads within your ICP.

So within that time frame, they've sent around 40 leads.

12 of those leads we've turned into clients.

We are seeing a positive return already.

with my line of business, it's a bit of a slower, cycle to collect revenue just because we're contingent recruiting.

But based on client breakdown and how much revenue each client represents, we should far and away see a positive, return on investment better than what we currently already have.

So we've already made a placement.

We're just waiting, we're just waiting to get paid basically.

And, yeah, starting off with them was great.

They follow directions really well.

they're sending leads within our icp.

If I have feedback for them, they, they alter, you know, what they send to me.

They take the feedback and make it better.

so they've been good to work with.

You know, I definitely recommend them.

I don't do these videos all the time, but, for, for email marketers that we work with and, you know, lead companies that we work with, I will pop on and do a, testimon were ones that, we're seeing a positive ROI and we hope to continue to work with them.
