Step 6: Navigating the Photo Log

Okay, let's hop down to the photo log and talk about some different ways that we can help you here.

So first things first, your photo log is going to be in order of the section, same order as section 5.

So you will start with site overview, photos and site improvements and we will move through the same way that you would move through section five.

Each page has six photos on it and each page is a different section if you are following your cursor.

If you'd like to do your photo log in a different order, you can always go up here and just jump to different sections.

Couple of things that I will call out when you are clicked into a photo box.

This is when you're ready to insert a photo.

There's two ways you can do this.

The first thing is just by the insert photo button.

There's also an insert photo and caption button.

So if we click the insert and photo caption button when we're clicked into a photo placeholder, it will insert the photo and it will also insert a pre generated caption for you.

If you're ever noticing that the caption isn't exactly what you want to say, you can always just delete it and type it as normally as you would anything, else in Word.

Again, I'll just show you this really quick.

You can also just insert a photo if that's all you want to do as well.

But from what I understand, most photos in the photo log do require a caption.

Same thing if there are photos that aren't showing up the way you expect or you just want to see all of your photos in order.

You can always go to all sections and then filter for site photo.

And you'll be able to just scroll through all of your photos if you want to go through them that way.

Like I said, if you are not requiring all six photo spots for one section, because we have each page has six photo spots for every section.

what you can do is just update what photos you're looking at.

Let's say maybe I only need to overview photos.

Now I want to go to site improvements.

I can open those up and move to the next section, insert the photo and in it goes.

You can also look and scroll through your photos.

We will still show you the top 10 most relevant photos that our system has determined are relevant to the section that you're in.

And during this you can also view the caption and copy it here if you'd like.

you can also read about a summary zoom in, and things like that.

So as you move through the photo log, we have 120, I believe, photo, placeholders for you.

If you need more, you would just add them as you regular regularly would add another page in Word and the assistant will still work as you move through them, it just won't be able to follow your cursor.

So this is when you'll use the drop down much more.
