Step 5: How to find specific inputs

Our system is always improving, but we are not perfect.

Sometimes you might be looking for a piece of evidence or a certain input that is not showing up in the section that you expect it to be in.

There's really easy ways that you can find the exact input that you're looking for.

So right now I'm in the concrete pavement section.

As you can see, the kind of, the most relevant information that we've pulled up is not exactly what we're looking for.

If I go over to photos, again, they're not perfect, but I know that the truck courts are concrete.

So what I can do is actually search truck courts in the search bar and then this will show me all of the photos that are truck courts and I can go through and look back at the photos that I require to write that section of the report.

The other thing that you can do is you can always go to all inputs.

If you go to all sections you'll be able to and remove the search.

You'll be able to look at all of the different inputs that we uploaded, when we originally did upload.

We can go to the documents and in this way you can only sort newest to oldest or by alphabetically.

And this is just a helpful way to scroll through, see some of the documents that you need.

You can also do it with your photos and just scroll through your photo log.

Really easy.
