Step 4: Selecting and Refining Writing Suggestions

Now we're going to go through the different kind of tips and tricks to use suggestions or our writing support.

So if you see I'm, in the site access section, the assistant is following my cursor and it's built out a description for us.

Anything that's bolded is something that we're confident in based on the evidence that we have.

Anything that is telling you to fill is asking you to fill in the information.

Because the evidence that we were given, we're not confident in what we extracted from it.

You'll see here as well in each suggestion that we kind of, generate for you, we'll give you a confidence score.

So we'll tell you how confident the AI is in the score and in the suggestion based on the evidence that it has provided.

And a couple things that we can do here.

We can insert the text right away.

So we can just go insert text and then we can fill in and write information like normal.

So maybe if I looked at the photo, I would see that it's in the inter state and I can just fill in the information.

If I go into the next section, I'll just show you some ways that we can refine suggestions.

So you'll see this one, our evidence is a little bit low, so we don't we're not 100% confident in what we're saying.

So we can actually just refine the suggestion.

Maybe we want to make it a little bit shorter because I'm not as confident in it.

So the, assistant will rewrite the suggestion for you based on what we've asked it to refine.

It's also going to tell you how many times we've updated the suggestion based on how many times you refine it.

And the last thing that I'll say is we can actually describe a change that we want to see.

So maybe we don't want to know the number of parking spaces.

So we'll say remove number of parking spaces, submit and the assistant will update, based on what we want.

The last thing you can also do is just copy straight from here and like I said, we can just go in and paste it in as normal.
