We are now going to walk through how to use the assistant.
00:04
So when you first open a Word document that you've downloaded from our web application and you have gone to add ins and open the assistant, the first thing you'll be prompted to do is sign in if you're not already signed into your account.
00:17
So we'll sign in quickly.
00:19
This is where you'll land.
00:20
The assistant will immediately start working for a pca.
00:23
You're going to land on the COVID page and it's going to provide you with a property summary and show some evidence.
00:29
Right now I'm just going to guide you through how to orient yourself around the assistant.
00:34
First things first, you can always jump to different sections of the assistant by going to this dropdown.
00:40
If you want it to follow your cursor, you just click follow cursor.
00:43
That will illuminate blue and then you know it's following your cursor.
00:47
for every section that we provide suggestions, we will also provide evidence of where's that, where that is coming from.
00:53
So you can always open up your evidence on a pop out modal and look into it a little bit further.
00:59
It's also going to tell you where the evidence is, is pulling from.
01:05
If we go down at the bottom of the assistant, we can see that we're currently in the writing tab.
01:11
Whenever we want to look at all of the inputs for the current section that we're in, we'll just go over to inputs.
01:17
This will automatically filter to show you one document at a time and it will filter by relevance.
01:23
So the documents that we're showing you we have determined are the most relevant documents for your section.
01:28
You can look at documents in kind of a document style like or as well.
01:33
You can look at the thumbnails.
01:35
You can also sort by different types.
01:39
So we can go newest to oldest.
01:40
We can sort by alphabetical and we can also filter for the different document types that we want to see.
01:48
The last thing that you can also do on the input side of your assistant is search.
01:53
So if you search any keywords to find a specific input, it will show up.
01:59
So if I search drawing, it will start bringing up all of the drawings in the next video.
02:05
We'll go through specifics on what to do if you don't know what to do.
