Hi.
00:00
In this video, I'm going to be going over Magic Post's lead feature.
00:03
This is going to be a great way for you to keep track of those warm leads that are coming to you via your LinkedIn posts.
00:08
So, starting off here, there are three different sections up here that we're going to look at.
00:12
First is the icps, next is the posts, and finally the lead section.
00:16
so firstly, when you're generating your icp, it's going to ask you to start creating and building out who it is you're really trying to target and reach.
00:22
It's going to prompt you to fill in this information of a title description, some more details here.
00:26
You can also include some example profiles.
00:28
If you have a specific ICP in mind, this will help it as a sort of baseline for finding all of these new clients.
00:33
We have all sorts of filters to make sure that you are able to get the most precise ICP as possible, even down to keywords that you can filter, search or even exclude.
00:40
When everything looks good, all you're going to do is click Save.
00:42
you can have up to three ICPs in your magic Post account.
00:44
once your ICPs are set, we're going to go into the Posts section.
00:47
This is going to show all of your most recent posts where you can start to manually detect the leads coming in from these posts.
00:52
What this means is that it's going to track who has engaged with your post that fits within the ICPS that you have just created.
00:57
So as I mentioned, this does have to be done manually.
00:59
This is not something that automatically happens.
01:01
here, you can click detect, you can select which ICP you would like to track for this post and then it will give you a list of all the people that are within your ICP that have interacted and engaged with your post from here.
01:10
So once you've already detected leads from a post, what you can do is click in and it's going to show you a list of all of those potential leads, those new leads and even the existing leads here.
01:18
It's going to sort those then by excellent, medium and good.
01:20
just to give you a little bit of a reference on how much they fit your icps.
01:23
If you hover over one of these leads here, it's going to give you a little bit of an overview of who they are, what industry they're in, etc.
01:29
Going back up here, we're going to have the number of engagers per post, the number of unique leads detected, and the number of new leads per post.
01:35
This is a great way for you to track who you're getting in front of and to ensure that you are in fact getting in front of your ideal clients here.
01:42
And finally we'll go to the toggle of leads here.
01:43
This is going to be a kind of master sheet of all of those leads that have been detected through magic post.
01:47
in this master sheet you have a bunch of different information.
01:50
You have their ICP affinity, who they are.
01:52
You can add them directly to an engagement list as you know that they've already been engaging with your stuff.
01:56
So you can intentionally engage with them as they are already a warm lead.
01:59
you're going to have the country in which they're from, their company, the number of interactions that they've had with your account.
02:04
we have the status button.
02:05
This is really great.
02:05
So you can kind of keep track and know what stage they're in.
02:08
for you as you reach out to them.
02:10
You can generate a tag for them if you would like change the status of course.
02:13
The other great thing with our Lead section is that you can connect this to CRM tools.
02:17
So this means you can connect this to Lemlist, to Pipedrive, to Webhook or even HubSpot.
02:21
You can also import your own leads and export this as a CSV list.
02:25
you can also filter which leads you want to be looking at.
02:26
If there's just one specific ICP that you want to be engaging with and kind of tracking at the moment, you can easily do so.
02:32
We also have this filter section to allow you to get a more precise search.
02:35
Now through Magic Post you can manage and track all of your new leads coming in all from your LinkedIn posts.
