Navigating the Engagement Feature on MagicPost

Hi.

In this video, I'm going to be going over the engagement feature on Magic Post, allowing you to engage very intentionally and maintain visibility all through Magic Post.

So, starting off here in our engagement feature, we're going to be going over the comments and the new reply section here.

with, in the engagement feature, you are able to generate as many lists as you want with up to 50 people per list.

this allows you to engage very intentionally.

You can add whoever you would like to those lists.

This could be clients, prospective clients, team members, top voices in your niche, even competitors.

So you can just kind of keep track with what they're seeing.

This section here, once you've added in accounts, this is going to show you their latest post.

This ensures that you are able to stay top of mind and stay visible with all of these accounts When you want to add a list, all you're going to do is click new list here.

You can name it whatever you would like.

We'll say team, for example, you'll say create list.

And then you can start adding in the profiles.

You can either add someone by name or you can import their URL link to ensure that you're getting the right person.

Once that's done, you're just going to click save here and they'll show up in your lists.

The great thing about this is that you can easily toggle between all of your lists right here.

just to ensure that you're really staying visible and getting to all of those comments.

we have two different ways to view the engagement feature.

There is the View feed, kind of like LinkedIn.

Or we have a grid view where you can see multiple posts all at once.

The other cool thing that you're able to do within this feature is that you can have and set your customized goals.

So if you want to reach a certain amount of comments per week, per Day.

You can easily set that here so you can track it.

the other cool thing is that that we have these downloadable white labeled reports that will show all of your engagement.

So if you have a va, if you're managing comments for yourself and you kind of just want to keep track with how you've been doing, this is a great way to do so.

It will show you your top engaged profiles, it will show you how many posts you've engaged with, et cetera.

Of course, white label downloadable as always.

the other great thing that you can do is you can have a log here of how many comments you did per day.

day, what, what the comments were.

Of course in the engagement section you can like and comment directly through Magic Post.

You can also have these saved comments here.

there is no AI generated comments as that sort of defeats the purpose of authentically engaging.

we have these saved comments just to save you a little bit of time if you can then kind of tweak and edit to personalize it according to the post.

the other thing you're able to do in the engagement feature is in these settings here.

You can sort by most recent, most liked.

You can also hide certain posts.

You can hide the ones that you've already commented on just so you're not seeing them twice to keep a nice clean feed.

Next I'm going to show you our new reply feature.

This is great.

So you are now able to reply to your own comment section from your own feed within Magic Post.

so here we can See, there is the My publications you're able to refresh this if you've just made a new post where you can click into certain posts and kind of refresh it.

That way you're getting all the newest and latest comments that you can reply to.

And of course we have all of the comments that you are able to see and engage with.

What's really cool about this is that it's going to have if they are a regular commenter, if they're a top commenter, first time commenter, just so you kind of have awareness of who's really visiting your profile.

if it's someone that you should be engaging with as well, in which case you can click here and add them to an engagement list, you can reply right through here.

Again, supported by gifs images and all of this.

You also have of course, your saved comments.

Once you've handled a comment, it's going to go into the replied section.

This allows you to go back and see how you've replied, what you've said, And we have this Mark as dismiss button as well.

So this is if you don't want to see a comment anymore, or you don't really want to reply to it or doesn't need to reply, it's going to go right into this dismiss section.

If you click on the top right hand corner in today's activity, you're also going to get that log view again of all the comments that you have replied to.

If you want to see more posts and not just your most recent ones, you can click on the more than seven days or more than 30 days.

just so you can really stay up to date with all those comments that are coming through to make sure that you are engaging with your audience.
