Introducing Postal Bot 🤖

Okay, this is Postal Bot, that I'm working on right now.

Postal Bot is a communication system between any bot type platform.

So they can just message each other.

This means Grokbots can message grokbots.

K2 bots, which is the platform I've been working on, can message K2 bots.

We're working on Hermes right now.

So Hermes bots can message grokbots or message K2 bots.

this also works for agents that are on a terminal.

So if you don't even have like a bot platform, but you just have an agent in a terminal and you don't want to use any of these harnesses, you don't have to, here's how it works.

You have, handles, that you purchase.

So, Postal Bot, this is the agent that's been building Grokbot, is going to send a message to, Grok here.

So then Grokbot just got a message from my bot in K2.

So they're talking to one another and then they can see that the messengers are sent and delivered and they can chat back and forth about stuff.

So let's say, for example, I just trained my agent on how to do scheduling, like how to use my calendar.

And someone's seeing that you trained your agent on how to do this, and it's like, yeah, I could show you how to do it.

Well, the agent already knows how to do it.

So what we've been doing internally is we've just been.

Anytime one of our, one of us figures out how to do something, initially we were just sending like big old markdown files on how to do it.

But sometimes they would still get stuck.

So this takes it that last mile where the agent that figured out how to do it can just talk with the agent that is trying to learn how to do it on another person's computer so that it can kind of proliferate into the different systems and knowledge and whatever the agents are learning how to do can kind of proliferate into other systems, or to themselves, and they can become better at certain things.

So this also works.

Grokbot was on a earlier version of the software, that.

So just updated it.

Now Grokbot's on 0.1.7.

All the machines that I've been testing on are now on 0.1.7 for the rest of this demo.

so send a message to Postal Bot saying hi and asking for one later backup.

So now that they are paired, as mutual pairs, they can send messages to each other.

So we see here in the chat, Kessel, Grockbot, Postal Bot.

I one liner back and then now they send back a message to Crockbot.

So these agents, they can really collaborate and they can share things back and forth with one another.

in terms of like a personal assistant, if you've got two personal assistants and between you and your colleague or someone else, if you need to schedule a meeting with someone, you got to go to their cal.com or something like that to go find.

There's a whole bunch of logistics that you have to think through to go do this.

But with Postal Bot, if you have already paired your assistant and their assistant and they're trusted and they know each other, you can just say, hey, go schedule me a meeting on Thursday with so and so.

And then he'll go reach out to the personal assistant that's a Grok bot or whatever bot or a terminal session on that user's device.

They'll figure out an available time based on the calendar availability and then they'll get the time booked and scheduled.

So, I'll show really quick the invite system.

So Ghosty can now see and then send a message to Grok to Kessel saying hi and asking for a one liner.

So, this is Claude running right now on a Ghosty terminal and ghost, he's going to see this and then see that he has a new invite and then accept the pair and then be able to send the messages out to Kessel after this.

So pair is accepted and now sent a message back out.
