Magic Post Team Activity and Calendar Overview 📅

This is going to be a great overview for you as a marketer or whoever is managing this account, to kind of see who is posting and when, make sure that everyone's on track and have a nice broad overview of everything that's going on.

You can see the average posts, time, total, active members, etc.

You get a quick snapshot here of the posts that are going out.

If you click into one, it's going to show you the calendar for this specific person.

it shows you the most active members, your most active timeframes, and of course, just showing you a glimpse of making sure their linkedins are connected, how many posts they have generated, and how many posts have actually gone live.

In the calendar feature here, this is going to give you a broad overview here of the posts that have gone out in the past, future posts that are to be going out, and everything in between here.

If this looks a little bit overwhelming, no worries, that.

You can filter this by group here to make it a little less scary, or even just by member.

So what you can do here is if you click into a past day, you can see what posts have gone out and you get a quick snapshot of how it performed.

If you want to look at future posts, for example, you can go into a day, of get a glimpse of what they're talking about.

If you need to make little comments or switch changes, you have the ability to do so If, let's say you want an idea, what's really cool is that if you're an admin, you can schedule posts for specific people or suggest ideas.

So the suggesting idea is really great for if you have an announcement that you want a whole team to be posting about or an individual to be posting about, what you can do is attribute a group, give it an idea, And schedule it for a certain date.

Once that idea is on the calendar, everyone that was attributed to that idea is going to get a ping.

So they know to make a post about this idea on this date.

Fourth scheduled post.

This is if you want to actually generate a post on behalf of someone else.

you can do this by group.

You can do the whole team, or just by individuals.

if your company is celebrating a really big milestone and you want your whole team to be posting to kind of show a little company morale and boost the spirits, you, could absolutely do that here.

As you can see here, we also have this little eyeball with a number on the side.

This shows you how much reach your posts have gotten.

This is a really easy way for you to kind of track how your visibility is going for your company.
