Automate Your Government Contracting Workflow 🏛️

So the first thing we do when we get a company on board is build a company profile for you.

So to start with that, we build, we use your company website and then click on Generate Profile.

What our AI agent will do in that case is go across your website and pull all the relevant information that we need.

For example, the business description, what exactly is the service that you're trying to sell to the government, which specific operating regions you operate in, any certifications that you have, your NAICS codes, your product service codes, the keywords that we want to go after and negative keywords that we just don't want to go after that sometimes are mentioned and relevant RFPs that we just don't want to pursue.

But most importantly, we want to look at deal makers and deal breakers.

What makes a good contracting opportunity for me today.

And that can be based on scope, technical requirements, mining capacity, location or anything of that sort.

And deal breakers are things that we just don't want to go after.

For example, even for a construction company, we don't want to go after single family or multi family housing construction.

Or again, these could be based on location, scope and specific technical requirements.

Now why do we do this?

Why do we build this profile for the company?

Because.

Because what happens is on a daily basis our AI agent will go across all government sources that you choose and it will do between 10 to 100 of searches.

It will read through all the description and attachments of all the opportunities, it will grade them and it will tell you exactly for each one of these, what exactly is the government is soliciting and then why it's a good match for you.

It will provide you with full analysis for why it's a two strategic fit, what could be a potential misalignment, and what things you need to verify.

So on a daily basis it's like you hired someone to go across all the sources that you are tracking, read through every document and every opportunity and grade them and surface the ones that are relevant for you and send it to you by email to your inbox.

So on a daily basis you're getting full report of all the relevant opportunities that you need to pursue.

And this is also saving you a lot of time because it's only surfacing the ones that are actually good fit for you and saving you the hassle and effort of going through things that are just not relevant for you.

now what are the sources that we're tracking for these opportunities?

That's what I want to show you next.

So we are tracking the federal government.

That includes sam.gov and pie.

Pie is very relevant for companies that do work with the Department of Defense.

And if you have a GSA schedule, we'll be able to, as part of our integrations, will be able to integrate your GSA schedule.

So you'll also be able to receive recommendations and be able to search your GSA schedule on the platform itself.

We have state and local, we're tracking 12,000 procurement websites across the country.

But for federal we have subcontracting.

And these are federal contracts that have been awarded to large brands that have a mandate to subcontract to small businesses.

So for example we tell you this company won a $22.8 million contract.

This is exactly what they want, what they have to perform.

As you can see they have a mandate to subcontract to a woman owned small business, veteran owned small businesses.

And we give you their contact information and their website so you have everything you need to reach out to them and develop a relationship.

This is super relevant for companies that do a lot of work subcontracting to primes.

We also have forecasts which are budget items for every single government agency.

some of these are released as forecast, some government websites, budget, agency budgets.

And so what we do is we go through all of the these and formulate them as a forecast opportunity.

So we tell you for example that NASA has a requirement for Q1 in 2027 for this battery and this is much they plan to spend on it.

We give you the contact information of the program manager for the specific requirement.

The whole idea with this is we're trying to get in front of the buyer as early as possible.

Beyond this we have recompete which are government contracts that are expiring and have high likelihood of being competed again.

With each one of these we tell you all the information that you need.

for example, how many offers it got last time it was competed, how much it was awarded for what company got this contract.

If we click on the company, we'll get their full contact information, the certifications that they have and their awards and which specific agencies they mainly work with.

Now going back to the recompute opportunity, you'll get the original SAM.gov description, the contact information of the contracting officers and the attachments as well.

So you're getting all the information that you need to understand the requirements.

And then beyond this, and most importantly we tell you why we Think this is a strong recompete opportunity.

So in here you can see for example that the Navy has a high repeat buy in pattern for buying this specific product or service over and over again.

There's a lot of competition, so that's highly competitive market for this specific service with the Navy.

But there's a reasonable vendor turnover rate which means that in a lot of cases, 43% of the time they change the incumbent.

So there is room for you as a new business to take on the incumbent.

Given all of this information analysis, you'll be able to reach out to the contracting officer or the awarding office and establish yourself early on.

So you can take on the incumbent.

Now beyond this, since we're tracking a lot of sources and at different stages, some of them early on as business development efforts in the forecast and recompense other are active contracts or sources.

What we have here is we have an internal project management CRM tool specifically for you.

What you can do here is since you have a team, you'll be able to get full visibility of your pipeline.

for example here we have different columns like assessment in progress, submitted, one lost.

You could modify these to your liking.

You can add more states, you can change the weight, as in wind probability for every one of these states.

So as management or as a team member, you know exactly what you have in your pipeline.

And you'll also be able to filter and see which specific team member is assigned a specific project.

And also you'll be able to see who owns each one of these projects.

You could filter by due date.

And here you have kind of different views as in the calendar view or a table view.

Now for each one of these projects, what you'll be able to do, You'll be able to kind of view the original opportunity.

Here you have the contact information of all the stakeholders.

You can add comments, and you could mention team members.

So for example, if you mention someone else on the team, tell them, hey, look at this, for example, I'm just giving you an example.

You'll be notified both on the platform and by email if they choose to.

You can also assign tasks, for team members within the scope of this specific government contract.

So you can add tasks, assign them to people, set a status and a due date.

So this way you're organized not only at the contract level, but also at, sorry, not only at the pipeline level, but also at the contract level.

We also have documents here so you can get visibility into your documents.

You'll be able to see for example if you have any forms?

you have a fill in sign feature that detects all the fields in any form and it will populate it based on your company information that the system has of you.

So for example here it detected my company name, but it doesn't have my first and last name.

So I could say tell the agent first and last name is and phone number is.

And what it'll do right now is it will.

Fill these out in the form and it will save them for future reference.

So you can go to these one by one and you'll be able to fill out the forms quickly using the AI here on the side.

now beyond this I want to show you like with each one of these opportunities there's also, as you probably know, there are a lot of attachments that we have to kind of go through and understand.

So what we will be able to do here with the chat is we can ask it any question that we want.

So for example here I asked it about what are the key requirements?

And for each one of the, the difference between this and ChatGPT, it'll tell you exactly where it got that information from in the document.

So here we're looking at like seven documents.

It will take you to the exact section, exact text that it got that information from.

So this way you can validate and make sure whatever information you're getting is actually accurate and you can go through documents easily without you having to read through them.

Now you can also ask it to draft you documents, presentations.

So in this case I asked it to draft me a presentation and it generated a six slide presentation like this that you can share with the team or management if need be.

Now you could also ask it to find award data.

So if you ask it has access to a database of work data, active government contracts, potential subcontractors.

So I asked to find me teaming partners for this opportunity and it surfaced a lot of companies for me that I can go and click on their details and potentially see exactly what they, how they can come in as a sub.

It can also give you, as I mentioned, pricing and award data for how much these projects have been awarded in the past by the same agency.

And you can get more kind of relevant opportunities if you want as well.

So you can ask it anything that you want and it will give you that information quick, quickly, whether it's from the documents or from its access to a large database of spending data.

As I mentioned contract data and partnership data.

Finally, the last thing I want to kind of touch on, which is in case you need to subcontract to small businesses.

We have a large database of 600,000 government contracting companies across the country.

So if you want for example to find companies that have experience working with the government and let's say we want them to be service disabled veteran owned businesses and we want them to be in the state of Arizona and we want them to be for example in construction.

Now what we will be able to see with each one of these subcontractors, we'll be able to see their full contact information, their capabilities, the certifications that they have right now and their past performance as a prime and also as a sub, if they've subbed in the past, which specific agencies they mainly work with and how much they've worked with them in the past and what specific NAICS codes they mainly work in.

So with all that information you'll be able to kind of have all the details you need to know about them before you go and reach out to them to subcontract to them or partner up with them.
