Hi, I'm Rav.
00:01
Here's a short video of how we help teams selling to construction projects.
00:06
Monitor every project that gets approved and help the reps work the developers, the owners, the tenderers and the builders until there's a qualified opportunity that you can win.
00:17
So currently in most teams there are two kinds of reps, right?
00:20
You have the rep from the construction background whose main game plan, what works for them is they talk to their subbies and their mates identify what projects they're working from.
00:28
And that's how they come across projects that they could sell.
00:30
Once they identify the project, they call around, try to find who their champion and the economic buy, and start working the deal.
00:36
reps and the other classic rep you see is the guy from the SDR background the person from the SDR background.
00:42
And here the game plan is mostly like they're doing Internet searches, they're checking estimate one, BCI central press releases, LinkedIn until they come across a project and then they start working them.
00:54
The problem is that you only ever work the projects that happen to surface, right?
00:59
So unless serendipity does its job, where you happen to catch the right person at the right time who tells you about a project they end up on estimate one, BCI Central, or you see it in like LinkedIn feed.
01:10
Like you miss projects and there's a lot of projects that never show up there.
01:13
you'd be surprised by the number that The second one is that since nothing is monitoring these projects until the timing is right for you guys to sell.
01:21
And it's feasibly not possible for your reps to check every project's status every time.
01:27
because you have a project in your CRM, your CRM doesn't monitor the project and sees what's happened.
01:31
Like, did they show up on estimate one, has someone been awarded?
01:36
Unless this information is there, you're always second to make the move and your competitors are like, whoever comes across it first ends up being the first to make a move.
01:45
Then finally, as a manager, I constantly see that it's really hard to see what projects your team's not covering and where you need to plug the gaps.
01:53
This is why opportunities and deals constantly slip through.
01:57
What you want to achieve is that you want to be able to identify all of the projects that you could sell over the next year.
02:01
And all of this information is public.
02:03
Every large construction project has to get approval.
02:06
Development applications are available public, you need to be able to identify them and then start monitoring them.
02:11
And there are like three main stages everyone cares about, which is one if it's approved.
02:16
Generally the game plan is to work with the developers to try to learn more about what they're trying to build and try and see if you can establish need if they're actively tendering, which means they're open on these portals of BCI Central Tender one, sorry, Estimate one.
02:27
Your game plan is basically to work everyone who's bidding to try and understand how they're bidding and see if you can help them get an advantage to win the bid by putting your product in and again doing discovery, trying to figure out who's going to be on this project, if they win it, or if there's any other projects that they're working on.
02:45
Ideally you know before you reach out to them.
02:47
And then finally when a project is awarded, your goal is to try and find your budget owner and your champion in the project and create a deal.
02:53
But until the right stage happens, like you don't actually have a deal.
02:56
And in each stage you need to be monitoring and trying to be first Then finally when you have a qualified deal where there's a project, the budget owner and the champion and its timeline, that's when it needs to be on a CRM because that's like a real forecast for your revenue for the next month or the next couple of months.
03:12
And then you kind of want to be able to quickly see if there are any projects your team is not working on and like why these are being dropped.
03:19
So at Everyday zero, we basically scrape all of the government portals, identify licenses of projects that have been approved by the government and these then get qualified for the ones that fit your icp.
03:31
And then we deploy agents to monitor them.
03:34
This is why we can help reps who use our product be first to, depending on the stage, figure out what the next best step is.
03:40
So not only we help you find projects that you've never seen, stuff that don't come across because of serendipity, stuff that that might not show up on Estimate one BCI Central because there are other ways that these teams tend to procure, but they'll have the license because if there's no license, there's no project.
03:56
And then finally we also have the rep work the project.
03:59
Depending on your ICP and depending on your sales strategy, at different stages there's different action that's required by the rep.
04:06
And our product uses agents along with full LinkedIn automations, email sequences, cold call sequence to help replace work these accounts until there's an established opportunity which then moves to a CRM.
04:19
obviously this depends on what your ACB and TAM is, but on average companies that work with us, we find three key data points.
04:25
They're roughly creating about 250k worth of qualified pipeline every month, We find that 20 to 40% of the projects that they should know that are technically within the ICP that they had no idea about.
04:39
And about 20 to 30 projects that their teams actively work on are like, not really the focus of the business.
04:44
This is something we see constantly.
04:46
if this sounds interesting, really keen to share what we've done with some of the other companies we work with who sell to the construction sector.
