Steven's arguably one of our best case studies.

We got him from 50,000 views to averaging 1 million view per video on average over the last 18 months.

So where Steve was before, averaging 50,000 views per video, posting three to four times per week.

But just like a lot of you guys out there, just super busy running his own business.

And a videographer would come shoot at all his videos.

And the formats that he was doing just took too much time.

It required the dogs to be there.

It was instructional videos and just wasn't scalable.

All Steve needs to do to achieve these results was three hours on one Sunday and all his content for the month is done.

Here's the strategy.

So we studied what was going on the dog niche, understand what's going viral.

We realized no one was really leveraging reaction videos enough.

We noticed there was a bunch of viral dog clips and they already have a ton of tension that we can borrow.

And we saw the gap was no reaction videos.

So we decided to build a format clip first, then reaction, then frame by frame breakdown.

If you look at reaction videos from a bunch of different niches, they would do reaction talking head.

That's it.

What we did was something different.

We did the clip first.

And then the second watch, we would actually have a second watch where we did, a frame by frame breakdown of what happened with the video.

So we'd pause it, we'd play it for like two seconds, Pause it.

And so it's just like a step by step breakdown.

what didn't work was whiteboard style teaching.

So Steve standing in front of whiteboard educating about dogs, the viewers, the views was fine, but, like, filming was a nightmare.

he would also do, like, dog instructional videos where he would actually, like, with the dog, show you how to, like, walk it or how to, like, get it to poop properly, Just whatever topics most people were interested in.

And they averaged probably like 50 to 80,000 views.

The dog instructional videos, some of them did get a million views, but just took so long to actually shoot those.

Well, what worked for Steve was reaction videos.

Each video took about eight minutes to film.

It was really fast, really easy, and it got tons and tons of views, so.
