Now I want to talk about my case study.

Don't worry about this ugly video screen capture here, but let's talk about the results.

Right, so before this I was averaging 15 to 20,000 views.

Now, after I found this format, it was 100,000 views per video.

during the stop start generational run, which is what I like to call it, I was able to get 80,000 followers in three weeks, 150 plus sales calls booked in two weeks.

And the best video did 2.2 million views.

So we ran this exact playbook that we sell and is working for ourselves.

so where we were averaging 15 to 20,000 views per video, same as everyone else in our niche, decent content, no breakout format.

And at this point in time I was still trying to find my footing in terms of what worked, what my positioning was, how I stand out.

Next, what it looks like now, 2.2 million views, 1 million views, 400,000 views and 150 plus sales calls booked in two weeks.

again, like I said, added 80,000 followers in two weeks.

And let me show you what we did.

First, we scouted formats outside our own niche.

We knew that content creation is a super saturated niche.

It's the most saturated niche out there because everyone is super knowledgeable about what type of content is working because they're creators themselves.

And then we found the stop start niche, or stop start video reaction format, in a different niche, which was the health niche.

And we realized no one in our niche was labeling, was doing the mechanic behind the format, which is labeling the craft with real jargon, right?

Like what is, what are open loops, what are super loops, super hooks, what are hooks?

And so we understood that there is a lot more depth, we can kind of go into with short form content and demonstration.

That was the biggest thing for us.

And we rebuilt the format for us.

So that's what worked.

What didn't work was, you know, before we had solid takes, but there was no good format.

But what worked afterwards was, the stop start obviously.

Right, but what worked specifically was the jargon, the device naming the devices that was being used.

And I was also very rhythmic, it was very back and forth.

So through that format we were able to get some of our biggest videos.

You know, we got to 113,000 followers, 100, the average 100,000 views per video, and booked 150 plus sales calls in two weeks, and added 8,000 followers in three weeks, which, was a pretty insane run.

and this was probably across everyone's feeds.

At a certain point in time, there was a bunch of people copying.

and I think there's a bunch of different people in other niches trying to do the same thing.
