We dug into who she was, what made her successful, and we realized her edge was really making a million dollars through investing and having a great personality overall.

We saw the gap, was that money advice was really complicated and wasn't very visual.

It's just a bunch of talking heads.

And there was no really charismatic character.

So we built a doormat jar format around her.

each jar represented kind of an account and her authority in the hook.

And this works really well because it gives her the space for her to kind of reflect her personality, but at the same time as a format that was very visual, very easy to see, and it just worked, right?

And as a result, like I said here, were able to get her 100,000 views per video.

What didn't work was the two agencies worth of work before that took a lot of time, effort, and there was no system behind it.
